Raymour & Flanigan - Manchester Reviews 

Placed this order with next day delivery. After order was completed I was notified that the item was not in stock, strike one. Was called and told that someone would call to arrainge delivery(didn/t happen, strike two. Was checking email, and found notice they were ready to deliver, followed instructions (3 Times) and no one answered, Strike three. Finally had to call showroom to arrainge delivery. Frankly 3 stars is being generous. Now to add insult to injury I have to open a Trustpilot account to send this responce. SAD!

We were looking for a set of living room table lamps. The person who began working with us just let us roam the store and would check-in with us. We did locate a pair of lamps we liked and she completed the sale. The lamps are on backorder so we were not able to take them home with us.

The sales agent wasted no time and showed us the furniture that we wanted to see.

I had an excellent shopping experience with Dominic Cuttle when looking for a powerlift recliner. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured and I appreciate that.

We had a great sales person that helped us find what we were looking for. She was not pushy and was very patient.

We came in looking for a sofa set and we're immediately greeted at the door. We were asked about our visit and what we were looking for. The associate let us guide him through our needs, furniture preferences, and budget. He also assisted with color coordination and made recommendations that were in line with our tastes. We ended up purchasing a sofa and accent chair that went above and beyond our expectations.

Didn't feel like I was forced to make a decision on furniture .sales man was very good . ty .we will be back !!

LOVE our new recliner! The buying process was very low key / no pressure. Ernesto was great! The guys in the storeroom at pickup were great - they unpacked it and loaded it in my SUV with care! Good experience.

Our salesperson Samantha was just great, she answered our questions and gave us privacy to discuss our purchase.

Salesman Rob Gonzalez was great. Patient and not pushy.

Went to purchase a few pieces of furniture and Raymour serviced in their typical fashion where they try to upsell you in services you don't want, provided incorrect expectations on ordering the furniture, kept you in the store far-longer than was needed to purposefully create frustration so you just want the experience to be over… then they try and take advantage of you on checkout by adding costs in and changing pricing in hopes that your so frustrated to get out of the store that you’ll just sign away and they get one over on you. In my situation I knew what I wanted and was immediately greeted by a salesperson. I told them what I wanted to purchase but it still took a couple of hours as they had to have their manager double check the order and then move it up to check-out counter where errors were made.. then they had to redo a couple times over and finally upon completion of purchase they called me back several hours later to state that their regional manager informed them they could not sell us the items based on the in-store agreements made. In case you’re wondering there was nothing funky about the items being purchased or the manner in which we were paying… it was just one error after the next. This has happened almost every-time we shop at Raymour and every time we chalk it up that Raymour was having an off-day. But this is not the case. Bad service is the norm and if you have a good experience you got lucky.

The salesman was very professional and helpful while visiting the store.

Our salesman was wonderful! Very patient (I went from couch to couch)and he even took pillows from couches and brought them to the recliner we bought a few weeks ago to check colors! Absolutely would come to Manchester again!!

This has nothing to do with the company. It has a whole lot to do with the servers. When the individual is interested in what the customer needs and the vision of what the customer wants to accomplish. That is a true customer representative.

My mattress failed. I received a new one in under 24 hours. The process was easy and staff was wonderfully helpful. Thank you Derrick and David Z., the manager.

Best customer service ever great job

Charlene was great, the sales rep that took care of my daughter and I. She introduced herself to us when we first stepped into the store and let us have a chance to look for ourselves and then she came and asked if we had any questions and we did well needless to say she helped us with the couch that we were interested in buying we looked at some more but I always went back to the same sectional couch and that’s the one that I ended up buying and also a white club chair anyways it was fun my daughter and I were very pleased thanks
