Treated Very Well at Raymour and Flanagan
My husband and I came looking for a desk. We saw Cynthia, who was wonderful. She walked us around the large floor and showed us all the desks, including some that were floor models, reduced. Once we chose a desk we liked, Cynthia initiated a check in with her manager to drop the price a bit. The service was friendly and helpful.

Raymour & flanigan furniture is looking very nice but most of the furniture expensive but quality is very bad I have lots of experience. I buy sofa 8 month ago after 2 month sofa 2 side opened. Need to more attention. If I buy product from raymour why customer need to buy protection plan it’s unnecessary. Yesterday I buy bad, mattress I don’t no how long time I can use.

Cynthia
Cynthia, was very professional, patient and courteous. There were some male workers downstairs that were absolutely rude and I almost left but decided to check the prices of the mattresses to compare them first. However, after speaking with Cynthia who was so pleasant, patient and understanding, I wanted to give her the sale. If it wasn’t for Cynthia, I wouldn’t have purchased my mattress from Raymour & Flanagan. After maxing out my credit card, the female manager, was telling Cynthia to “make” me put 1 pillow back & get a cover for the mattress. That was ridiculous! A king size bed with 1 pillow? Needless to say I refused and she said I won’t have the warranty which again is ridiculous!
