Pleasantly surprised

We wish to inform you of the exemplary customer service provided by associate Kevin McCormack, at the Lake Grove Raymour & Flanagan Outlet. Having made several purchases at both the outlet and the retail store, we must express our gratitude when someone demonstrates exceptional assistance in fulfilling our shopping needs. The Charleston dresser we wanted to purchase was discontinued but Mr. McCormack helped us locate one.
We were met with equally helpful service at the Massapequa Outlet by MD Brahman, where we purchased the dresser to match our Charleston chest of drawers. We eliminated an armoire and wanted to keep the same furniture style.
We are grateful for the customer service provided by both associates.

Eric and MD, the salespersons were so helpful and informative in my search for a couch. We haven’t bought the couch yet but we got a dresser for my daughter. I look forward to coming back!

We worked with Fahzan and found him to be quite helpful. There was no pressure! My husband and I were able to walk around and when we had questions Fahzan answered easily. He also told us we could order a new couch in the size we needed. On our second visit we were ready to purchase 2 full length couches and a dresser. Ask for Fahzan when you are ready to purchase Raymour and Flanagan furniture in the Massapequa store.

We have been shopping from this outlet store for many years and we love coming back again and again. Our new sales associate this time was M. Rahman and he was very professional and extremely helpful. We absolutely will be back for more purchases in the future! Highly recommend, thank you so much R&F!

A really disappointing experience. My first issue was with receiving a refund, which after almost 3 weeks I still have yet to receive and keep receiving excuses about a new system. I don’t have an issue with the furniture which the guys had banged up during delivery, which now has chips on it otherwise I would’ve never paid $300 per piece from a clearance center for damage items and even the items that came from the factory came damaged or the gentleman did not completely put it together, but the guy left pieces in the drawer. I am filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau And I’ll be disputing this with my bank if I do not receive a resolution within the next 24 hours. I would definitely not recommend this company Withvery poor business practices.

The salesperson, Ryan Chang was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I am moving into a studio apartment and if my interested armoire will fit in my small area, I will be more than happy to buy it.

Reggie was excellent. He offered assistance. To try any recliner. He was familiar with the products we looked at. Very professional from start to finish.

Reggie made the experience easy and fun. He helped us through the whole process, from listening to what we were looking for to his knowledge of the quality of stock. My only problem is that we did not see the blemish behind the sofa, next time I will pull it out to look at the back. This was my fault not anybody elses.

We found just what we needed for a great price. The salesman, Eric, was helpful, polite, courteous, friendly and professional. Pick-up was easy, and the assistance in loading our furniture was greatly appreciated.
