A great experience! We were fortunate to have Cindy to help us decide what we wanted and most importantly what we didn’t want. Her knowledge of the product and ability to answers all of our questions put us at ease, helping us to make informed decisions when selecting our living room furniture. We could not have been more pleased.

The sales people and your manager

Our sales associate Jose Collantes was professional, knowledgeable and courteous while my husband and I decided which furniture pieces met our needs. Jose pointed out the highlights of each piece and gave us time to make our decision. As we walked out, I asked about a dining room table, he asked a few questions and showed me exactly what I wanted. However I was not able to purchase it at this time. I told him we would be back!!

Sales person failed to follow through.

On time can't fix. Has to order parts . Going to be waiting longer. These things should be on the truck. They know what kind of chairs I have . Have the parts

Great staff

Nerazine was very attentive and went out of her way to show me rugs. She also processes a purchase of a recliner to match the one I purchased a while ago. She was friendly, conversational, knowledgeable and efficient.

Great service

They will do anything to screw you and keep your money. I have a credit on file due to having a defective chair which was returned and I picked a new one. I have about $300 in credit but wasn’t allowed to use it since I didn’t have a “reselect credit” appointment with a manager. I will never buy anything else from this company.

The representative was courteous and respectful. He also made us comfortable and he was down to earth. Good guy. We enjoyed working with him.

Jose was professional and knowledgeable.He explained all of our choices and guided us thru the process and answered all our questions with patience and a smile.

Salesman was not intrusive he only became part of the conversation when we had questions Once we made our decision on which furniture he did his best to get us sale price and detailed all other costs so we could make an informed decision about our purchase

Our salesman ( Jose Collantes ) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He made shopping for a couch very easy. He is a very patient person as we walked the entire store. I can’t give him a 5 star review because he deserves a 8 star review.

Jose is the greatest salesman I've ever encountered. The guy is so knowledgeable & answered all my questions before I got them out of my mouth & was never pushy about making the sale.

It is a great pleasure to work with Cindy!! She has been helping me for years in decorating my home and now she is helping my daughter.

I bought a couch for over three thousand dollars and added a 5-year warranty. When the zipper on one of the pillows tore, I called for service. A repairman came to inspect it and said he needed to order a new pillow from China, but there’s a delivery fee of over $100. I already paid more than $400 for the warranty, and if I have to keep spending more money, I wouldn’t have bought the couch from this company. Keep in mind, I could have found much cheaper couches locally. The only reason I chose Raymour Flanigan was because of its brand name, but now I’ve realized the brand name is meaningless.
