First, it seemed ridiculous and was inconvenient that I had to go to the store in person to order a simple metal bed frame. Why couldn't I order and pay for it online? Second, the very nice person who helped me had a terrible time with the technology of inputting my order in his tablet--he had to get another tablet when his didn't work, and the ordering process for him seemed overly complicated. When I went to check out and pay, their payment machine wasn't working initially! They definitely need a technology upgrade over there. Sometimes I miss the days of pen and paper! The whole thing took much more time than it should have, and was anxiety-producing, since it took me away from my disabled husband for longer than I had anticipated.

DJ was great when he took my call, was very timely in his follow up, had everything ready when I arrived at the store earlier today and the whole transaction was completed in under an hour.

DJ made it easy and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't wait to get the bedroom set.

Rob was amazing to work with! He was very informative, honest and worked with my aunt and I to find all that we needed. It was calmest and easiest furniture purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back and recommending this location to others! Thank you!

Alejandro was very helpful and adept at getting information/pricing on his devices. He was considerate and knew to give us space when we needed to discuss information or make decisions.
Michael provided a wealth of expertise about mattresses, and Mark provided information when necessary but allowed Alejandro to do his job.

My husband and I decided to visit the new Natick location on Saturday while we were at the mall with our daughter. We were not expecting to make a purchase.

We had always been intrigued by the purple mattresses and so we spent some time checking them out. We met both Carl and Michael. Michael knew an awful lot about the purple brand and talked us through all of the details of how it can benefit us.

We left the store, not making a purchase, but certain that we would at some point in time. After a couple of days of discussing, we realized our existing mattress was 10 years old and out of Warranty and the price discussed with Carl and michael was so good. It was hard to pass up.

We called the store on Tuesday and worked with Carl in order to close the deal. He was even able to offer a slightly better price than the weekend before due to a promotional change.

We literally received our mattress the next day along with an incredible adjustable base.

Well, the mattress and the base are amazing, the service we got with both Michael and Carl was top-notch. Both very attentive, not heavy on the sales, but very detailed in the information provided. Additionally they are both just really nice guys.

Our whole experience was five stars from start to finish on 6/13. We knew what we wanted when we walked in and our salesperson Aubrey took us right over to the item and didn’t try to upsell us or pressure us for add ons of any kind. He was professional and courteous throughout the whole transaction. The checkout procedure was quick and we are getting our item delivered today. Raymour and Flannigan is definitely our new furniture store from now on.

Great salesman. Marvelous selection of furniture. But the computer glitch in chargin too almost an hour. Yuch.
