We were greeted at the door as soon as we walked in, connected to a saleswoman right away. She was great....knowledgeable and friendly with a great personality. She really helped us pick out the right mattress.

WE were met by a very energetic, friendly and knowledgeable sales person by the name of MALISA DUTSON, who directed us to a series of mattresses that we were interested in-extra firm, and very good quality.
Malisa answered all of our questions, and encouraged-not pushed-us to try a few Beauty Rest and Stearns and Foster mattresses.
We had previously purchased four years prior a somewhat firm Stearns and Foster mattress from this Niskayuna location through Malisa's mentor-Erica Shipe.
Because my back requires a strong support, and because my lower back pain has become a significant problem, firm support-especially edge support-is something the previously owned mattress no longer provided.
My wife & I are very close to deciding on the purchase of the extra firm Black Beauty Rest Mattress-in large part because of the positiveness of our visit-due in large part to Malisa's aura!

Jen was great, she left us alone to explore and look around but was available for any questions we had. She also called another store to hold a chair we were looking for.

Your associate Malisa D. was just the best! She listened to my needs and responded with a couple of great alternatives. She was available to answer questions without being pushy. Once I made my selections she made sure the checkout process was easy and accurate, then walked me to the door while offering a refreshing bottle of chilled spring water. The entire process, from start to finish, could not have been better.

Armon Muratovski in the Niskayuna store was terrific in helping my sister and I get just the right area rugs and also pillows. We had previously purchased chairs and needed matching pillows. Armon and his manager Gary worked diligently to get them for us. We also ordered bookcases and Armon kept in communication about their delivery and also a follow up. We will always ask for Armon when shopping his store!
