RECLINER SHOPPING
Went today to do a transaction for a new recliner to match my couch, and I was met with Lou the manager , I had an appointment at 4 o’clock. I got there at 3:35 pm, minutes later he was sitting next to me talking to me , and we started talking about the chair I was interested in ; looked at about seven or nine different chairs , narrowed it down to 5 to 3 to 2 and finally made my decision for The Lamont, an absolutely beautiful chair that will go beautiful with my Lawrence couch. Thank you very much. The staff at North Haven, Connecticut Raymour And Flanigan especially a big hug and kisses to Philip Costanzo thank you again Lou the manager you are all terrific, handsome men that I hope I will continue doing business with you for years to come. Cannot wait to get my new chair recliner.

great sales person
Ivette met us at the door and showed us where to find recliners. She did not push a sale on us and let us have time to decide on a recliner. The sale was written up in realistic time and she stayed with us the whole time. Would reccommend the store to anyone looking for furniture. I rate Ivette a "10"

your delivery people left my old mattress in my driveway. I paid for removeal. Get it out of my driveway NOW!!! before the city of new haven trys to fine me for junk removal.
