Both staff and customer service were very helpful. I got some great deals and found exactly what I wanted. Can't wait till delivery day.

Great experience at Raymour & Flanagan’s. Sales staff were excellent - Jim at Rt 31 store for my 1st look at mattresses & bedroom sets; Jack at the Northern Lights Outlet gave me a great education on mattresses; then worked with Kiersten - very patient & helpful as I selected a full bedroom set, mattress, adjustable frame, storage bench & recliner. Manager Dakota sealed the deal as he wiggled the numbers. Took less than a week to have everything available for delivery, just waiting on finishing painting and carpeting. Can’t wait for my new bedroom!!

The only issue I had that prevented a 5 star instead of the 4 star, is that there was a kidney pillow that matched the chair we picked, we wanted it and were told that it didn't come with the chair. I felt that considering we were spending $800 for the chair, the pillow could have been included.

Sold me bedroom furniture that rubbed off and stained my clothes. Thats after putting clothes in the drawers after a month of waiting for the fumes to dissipate, which has not completely. I called the store and couple times to talk with my salesman. He never returned my calls. Now I have a bedroom set that I can't even use. I should've looked at the reviews before I purchased furniture from them I won't ever again. Poor customer service...they are attentive when they want to sell but not about returning calls. I'm stuff with this junk furniture that I paid a lot of money for. I'm so disappointed.

Worst experience ever !!!! Sales people were very rude and pushy. Delivery staff can't remove shoes or put on booties per company policy, that we were never made aware of prior to delivery, for delivery inside the house. If you have new carpet like we do they will either ruin it or leave the delivery somewhere else. I had to get friends to help bring furniture into the room and assemble it. We were offered a refund of the delivery and setup fee, which we never received (woo hoo). Two of the drawer tracks came off before it was even used. This set is complete garbage. Quality has degraded on the furniture here so please avoid. Zero refund policy, so guess we are stuck with junk that I will have to continually repair. They will offer to send someone out to try and fix things but can't remove shoes so that is kinda pointless. Customer service has gone in the toilet from what you used to receive here.

I spent over 6000 on a new bedroom set, mattress, and couches and when everything was delivered the brackets were missing to connect the night stands the driver told us he was calling and they would be able to be fixed within the week. Called the next week and no one ever reported they were missing so started a claim scheduled a delivery and they canceled because they couldn’t get just the brackets. Then rescheduled to exchange these one for new one and never even showed up and when I called all I got was voicemail in which no response be ever returned my call. I called again today and apparently they are now out of stock and will call me when they get them to schedule. Work consumer service ever it has been 6 months sense our purchase and all I get is excuse after excuse. No money back and still no end tables replaced.

Professional and personal

Bought a coffee table, saw the corner was completely crushed when I opened the box. Customer service took 3 days to respond but claimed to be replacing the coffee table, as long as I drive it to the store to exchange it myself. No discount, no pick up/delivery. Except, they didn't actually have it.

Over a month later, I finally received a replacement floor model covered in fine scratches for the full price. I called customer service close to a dozen times just to get that, and every single time, I was told I would receive a call back, and finally got 1 in total. Wish I could remember the man's name as he was the only person in that place who did anything at all for me.

This is by far the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were also looking at buying a new bed and mattress and I'm so glad I didn't get stuck dealing with this place again.

I don't know if all Raymour & Flanigan stores are as bad as this one, but I could not possibly recommend a place less.

Upon entering the store we were immediately approached by an employee playing watchdog at the front door. This is the 3 star rating. We do not like that attack mode upon entering. We’ve worked with Jack for years at the Rt. 57 store. He is very kind and low key. He gets a 5star review.

we had a great experience, picking out a loveseat and we had John Herholtz was our sales consultant. We also bought a recliner chair from him in the past. He’s a very friendly professional and courteous and helpful consultant and we appreciate all that he has done for us.
