Raymour & Flanigan - Phillipsburg Reviews 

My husband and I ordered a kitchen island back in January. It would only take a couple weeks to get in. When the 1st one came, we got a call that it was broken beyond repair and they would reorder. A couple weeks later, we got another call saying the 2nd island was broken beyond repair....so we said ok, we'll try once more since we really wanted this island. A couple weeks later we got a call that it would be delivered the following day. So my husband took apart our table, brought it downstairs to make room for the island. The next day, we got a call saying the 3rd island was broken beyond repair. Now that is absolutely absurd!! 3 TIMES??? We just wanted our money back by this point. The manager told my husband he would send a check directly in the mail to him. Well, today, his credit card was credited back...no check was given like promised. I guess you can say we will NEVER be shopping here again.

Our sales person was pleasant, but not honest with add on fees. After all was said and done, the sofa cost was almost $1000.00 more than the original quote. Add on, add on.

My husband is ill, thus we need this type of sofa. We have done business with you previously. Just spit it out, be honest.

First, Dave greeted us as we entered the store and inquired if we needed help. We indicated that we preferred to look around a bit first. He gave us our space. Second, once we had questions he checked in with us again and assisted us front there. My son and I liked that Dave was not overly pushy about certain styles, but knowledgeable on pieces we were interested in. He worked with our interests. We made one purchase and set up shipping. Was a good experience.

Sales person allowed us to make our decision and gave us our space to try the mattresses that we wanted. When we had our questions, they were right there to answer any question that we had. At previous businesses we had sales people completely follow us around and felt uncomfortable discussing our feelings towards what we were trying out.

The sales woman Robin was very helpful and offered options for different mattresses. I purchased a box spring and mattress the very next day on-line

They exactly what we came in the store to buy. The sales associate, Michele Pretopapa was very helpful and knowledgeable helping to also find the right bed pillow for my husband that has 2 arthritis in his neck, shoulder and upper body. We look forward to getting the new adjustable bed frame and pillow for a better night's sleep.

Phillipsburg, NJ store has reasonably priced kitchen chairs that were high quality and do not break the bank. You just have to attach the seat to the back of the chair. Phil was also helpful answering any and all questions while giving customer chance to explore furniture at their leisure.

I met Phil when I walked in he was very polite I told him I was going to be a real challenge for him that he took it on and he did very well he was very polite and very nice!

Love the service we received from Robin she answered all of our questions and went over everything we needed to know.
