I had a wonderful experience buying a new mattress and its accessories. The sales person was quite accommodating and knew his merchandise. The task of buying a new mattress was painless. However, my only complaint was that I was buying pillows as well and the “package pillows” which came with a promotional sale were not available for seeing or feeling so I have no idea what I will be getting for the price I paid! I am taking a risk! Let us hope I am satisfied with the end product. And secondly the free sheet set is a mystery as well since there was no option for color! Nothing was said except it is free. I suppose I should be happy!

Fast and Knowledgeable service always a pleasure

One of the sale reps was impatient and used a bit of a tone when the signature page would not come up on my mobile phone. I almost lost my cool but could not for the reason that I was at work. Instead of making an order over the phone I think it would be best to actually visit the store for a more friendlier experience. If my mother didn’t want that particular piece of furniture so badly, I would have canceled and went else where.
