Raymour & Flanigan - Reading Reviews 

We ordered a couch and special order chair in mid-October. The couch came in a timely manner, but the chair didn't arrive for over a month, and it was the wrong chair. The deliverers couldn't take the chair back for they were subcontracted to make the delivery. We contacted R&F about the error and it's been almost a month since first contact and we still have the incorrect chair in our living room and no set date for delivery of our original purchase.

Very pleasant sales associate (Marilyn Davies) and every other associate I interacted with. No high pressure sales. Very nice experience. Looking forward to delivery of the furniture.

I had a very pleasant experience in store the other day. I went in already knowing what I wanted and my Sales person, Sandy greeted me and engaged me right away. She was a pleasure to deal with and made my experience placing my order nice and painless. I will definitely be back for my next purchase.

The Raymour & Flanagan Outlet had some nice selections at very affordable prices. We were looking for a sofa sleeper and chair for our new lake house and found a couple of nice options. Our salesperson was very helpful and gave us the time we needed to look around before settling on a sofa and chair. I would definitely go back there if I needed something affordable.

My salesman was great and gave different options. He didnt push at us while we shopped which was nice and was available when I had questions.

The store located on RT. 61 South is always professional and informative. The manager named Jeff. Very polite and knowledgeable about my request.
Your service/ warranty department was arrogant and not helpful with my situation that ended up with my son sleeping on the floor on an air mattress while waiting for response and decision. We were ready to walk away from Waymore and Flanagan.

Very personable saleswoman who attended to me and my husband. He drove her crazy, but she walked everywhere with us around the store. She even laughed at his corny jokes! Thanks again we always love the quality of the furniture here! I am sure we will be back soon!

States 3 day guarantee on website and was told in person that they can deliver in 3 days or less. Ordered over $14,000 in furniture. Everything was in stock. When I called to schedule the delivery, I was told 5 days or longer because they have other stops. Person was rude and not helpful on phone. So don't say 3 days or less guarantee when you can't even guarantee 4 days.

Ordered 2 bar stools. Got a great price and they were available for pickup when they said they would be available.
