Convenient access to the well displayed furniture. This made it easy for us to in-vision how it was look in Connie’s apartment. I have always liked Flanigan’s furniture. Your furniture is always of good quality and very stylish and comfortable. Anthony, our salesman, was polite, friendly and showed interest in understanding our specific needs and directed us to furniture that met our specifications. He was knowledgeable about the furniture and explained the differences between the furniture that met our requirements. He is such an asset to your establishment. A perfect representation of how to approach the public. He gave us the opportunity to look around by ourselves and said that he would catch up with us if we had any questions. We felt so comfortable from the beginning, we asked him to come with us.

Great experience no pressure

I purchased a power recliner from RF in Greece 3 years ago and it quit working a couple of months ago. I tried to troubleshoot the problem myself, but finally called the store. I wish I could remember the extremely helpful woman who set up an appointment with the service department, she was great! Fast forward, 3 weeks later the technician arrived on time and 15 minutes later, a new motor was installed and my chair is working again!

Just received this sofa with a chair in the Elliot French Blue color. I love it! The color is great; and the furniture looks to be very well made. It was supposed to take 7-9 weeks, but salesman let me know it was coming sooner (about 5 weeks).

Buying online was very easy. The delivery date is sooner than expected. I can't wait to get my new reclining loveseat!

I recently bought a large sectional, another couch and the protection plan. One of the armless chairs is too large for the space. I called the store upon delivery and have called customer service numerous times with no return call. My sales rep, Aaron at the West Ridge location was AWESOME. He was super helpful and knowledgeable I would totally recommend him. Unfortunately, the store manager and customer service follow up is not nearly as respectful or helpful as Aaron. Very disappointing after all the money my family has spent there.
