Shopped with my adult son for living room furniture. Salesman helped with selecting a sofa that was in-stock, as we selected one that was out of stock.

Happy with furniture, looks great!! Delivery men were professional and did a great job!!

Only negative we experienced was Salesman told us delivery would be on Sunday, which in fact we came to discover a couple days later in an email that the delivery was on Monday. Son and I both heard Sunday, so that was disappointing that I had to miss a day of work, when I wasn't expecting to.

So even though we had that hiccup, we received our furniture and we are happy with it.

I will return again for my next purchase.

I was very pleased with my sales experience with Raymour & Flanigan. My salesperson Samantha was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very helpful and I appreciated her skill as a salesperson.

Sales force did not pressure me and was very helpful and professional once I decided what I needed

I had a sinking mattress after only 4 months. I contacted customer service it took several months of going back and forth with phone calls and email but, I was able to get a new mattress.

We were extremely happy to work with Ana Jimenez at your Rockaway, NJ location. She was helpful but, not pushy. She let us look around and kept checking in to see if we had questions. Once we narrowed down our choices, she showed us how the furniture would look on her tablet, with the fabrics we chose. She kept us updated on when our furniture would arrive at the warehouse and scheduled our delivery date. We would definitely recommend Ana to our friends and family.

We entered the store looking for a specific item. We were greeted at the door by a very nice young lady. We told her what we wanted and she escorted us to the proper area. This area was set up very nicely and easy to find the perfect couch. We made our decision and searched for Samantha. She asked if we had any questions and we told her what we wanted and she determined if it was available. It was so she led us to the customer area to finish the order. Everything went smoothly and we left very happy with our purchase.

This would have been 5 stars if the stote manager at Rockaway had not been so rude and refused to help us. He was aggressive and threatening to me and my wife about a reselect. Custome Care and the ultimate salesman were great. The store manager has no place serving the public.
