The person on the floor the sale person was okthe person in cashier was the most unfriendly I ever met
Does not look directly to the customer and no smile.the most miserable person that I told the floor sales person to teach her to be friendly
I change my mind I was planning to buy a dining set

They scratch my wall and left the trash from the bed right on the floor

We received the dining set, side board, wine rack and 2 lamps. Because of the Pandemic, most places tell you 3-6 months for delivery or longer, but our purchases were within 1 month and we couldn’t be happier. If we need anything in the future, we will come back to your store.

I’m dissatisfied I was told that the order would be in around the 16th and they would call to no avail if I didn’t call to see what happened then I wouldn’t had none the date change no email

The delivery driver tried to shake me down for money to remove old mattress. After
I gave a 20 dollar tip, they asked for more.

It used to be that when you buy furniture there, as expensive as they’ve ALWAYS been, they’d, at least, give you a little present from the store, most likely something that matches the furniture purchased. So, after my purchase was final, I asked the sales rep, what could I get? I was thinking of a little something to match the white living room set I had just purchased, he SARCASTICALLY said to me, I've been working here for 5 years and they never gave me a gift, as if to ask, why would they give you one? Looking at his raw demeanor, I asked to talk to the manager, I thought he was just acting despicably,and to my utmost surprise, the latter confirmed what the salesman said.

Every company’s owner, or should I say, 99.99% of them are using Covid to get richer. They all increase their prices by hundreds and thousands of dollars, all the while decreasing their services and finding Bull Crap ways, such as gold, platinum, curbside, and white-glove deliveries to enhance their profits and fattening even more their already morbidly obese pockets at the expense of poor and middle-class people, Raymour & Flannigan is surely not staying behind.

It used to be NORMAL to buy furniture and for companies to send them ALREADY assembled, they took that away, why? Because they won't need as many employees if they are no longer putting them together, which saves them money, and because they pay a lot less to ship a package unassembled than they do when it is assembled, again, they save a ton more. And now this. Has anyone researched the reason why Apple is only selling its iPhone 12 here without the block to have you purchase it separately and yet CAN’T do it in Europe? Because its alleged excuse which was used as a reason wasn't flying with the European Government, but, here we are with the white-collar glutton, so everything, even attached to a lie, goes as long as it benefits them.

If we don't collectively raise our voices against Corporate America and fight back it's gonna come a time where we’ll not only have to pay for our goods, but we’ll also have to pay to acquire what we need. In other words, we’ll pay for our food, cars, houses, schools, electronics, furniture, etc., and we will have to PAY to BUY what we need. (Mark my word) After all, who else, but the customer cares about the customer? Not the CEO, not the owner, and certainly not the salesperson who works for a company which gives him or her an incentive for selling something.

Everything was great, only they forgot the 2 mattress protectors that I ordered, I am still waiting to hear when I will get them.

Curious fast service great customer service

Everything so far up to this point has gone well........customer service was excellent as well as the hospitality.

The mattress was for my father . The delivery guys came on time . And were very nice and professional

The sales person was very patient and knowledgeable in addition to being friendly!!!

The gentlemen that assisted my mother and I were very accomodating. A wheelchair was brought out so my mother wouldn't get tired walking around. Time was taken to allow my mother to choose what she wanted. The recliners we looked at were on sale. Couldn't ask for better service.

My experience was great. The two guys that delivered my mattress and box spring were very professional. They were also friendly and were quick in their process. Can't wait to test out my new bed.

Ordered furniture in January. It was suppose to be in at the end of February. Here it is March 28th and I still do NOT have the furniture that I ordered. A piece still did not come in. I had to call the store to see why I still have not received my furniture. This is unacceptable.
