Christine Xavier was very helpful. Leo in customer pickup was very helpful. I asked Leo to unbox the item (an ottoman)and allow me to inspect it. He did and then he put the purchased item in my vehicle. Excellent!!

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! If you want to return an item of furniture, R&F will charge you 40% of the item!! Cardi's on the other hand, gives you a "7 day window" to decide if you want to keep the item or not. LOUSY customer service in my opinion. Go elsewhere!!

Ordering Online was a VERY FRUSTRATING excpeience
I received an email from R&F with this message:
"Don't miss $25 off: thanks for shopping with us!"
"In Stock & Delivered Fast* - Shop Now"
"Use D4JIKS80 at Checkout Your discount code expires on 11-01-2024."
I ordered the Nectar Premier Medium Memory Foam Mattress SKU: 480100393.

I tried to enter the code at checkout as instructed and it was NOT ACCEPTED. The reason noted was That I needed to spend $500 more.
ATTEMPT 1 (10-20) I interacted with a LIVE Chat agent named Samantha who was totally ineffective and could not determine why code was not accepted. ATTEMPT 2 (10-21) I called the Seekonk, MA store and explained my issue to a grumpy, female Customer Serice rep. She told me that she couldn't help me and that I needed to call the number that was online. During conversation, she noted that she "can only help customers who purchase mattresses from our showroom"
ATTEMPT #3 (10-21) I called the number and spoke ANOTHER less than friendly, female Customer Service rep for almost 29 minutes. She said she "couldn't find the code" that I gave her. I forwarded the R&F email to "cm"at R&F with all of the details related to the discount. She said "information was blacked out...couldn't see code". At this point, the R&F delivery truck was backing up driveway, so I simply gave up and ended the call.

Recently purchased a recliner and a…
Recently purchased a recliner and a bed. Very happy with sales person Jeremy Pierce. We are enjoying our new furniture. Problem is when the furniture was delivered some damage he was done to a wall when they where bringing the bed to the second floor. Received 2 calls from Scott and was told I should be receiving a call from insurance company. This has not happened. I called and talked to someone in the delivery dept. Scott was on vacation and the girl I spoke with said she was going to check into this incident and get back to me. This also did not happen.
