We started at the outlet and nothing similar to what we were looking for was available there. The salesman checked inventory and found an item he helped us choose on their website was at the regular store a few miles down the road. He contacted a salesperson at the regular store and let them know we were coming to see the chair. We were greeted and shown the chair. It really wasn't what we were looking for so the new salesman showed us several options including customizing a piece to meet our needs. We liked that chair he suggested. However, that piece was no longer available for order. We inquired about purchasing the floor model. He gave us a substantial discount, we made the purchase and it came home with us. Mission accomplished.

I have been a customer for about eight years. I have had two bad experiences with Raymour The first was when I purchased my bedroom set. The service man came out for the side reels and he decided to drill into the side reels so the box spring will rest on it. That wasn’t the proper way. So they changed the reels and gave me the frame. They gave me a seventy five dollars gift card for my program. When I went to use the gift card the salesman told me that it had expired. I still have that card in my pocket. The second problem is I just purchase my Dalton Recliner and picked it you in Watchung New Jersey on Friday December 6,2019. I set it up but the recliner had no power. The cup holder and the light on the bottom comes on but no recliner action. I called up about the problem and first they wanted me to wait two weeks before they changed it with another one. When they checked there was three in the in New Jersey. I asked why should I have to wait two weeks for the exchange. Watching store call to tell me that would had to bring the recliner back to the store to exchange it. At first they said in two weeks they would bring it to me and exchange it out. I have purchased my hold house of furniture from Raymour store. As I am called a VIM costumers it’s a bad way to treat a VIM costumer. I been on the phone waiting over a hour trying to exchange this recliner. My #973-495-7614

Service was great and the Fred showed us all the options for the type of furniture that we wanted. The check out process was also quick and efficient. And we like the fact that the delivery is in 3 days or less!

My experience is base on the pickup day. I decided not to do delivery but instead pick up my two night stands. Once I got To the store I was Inform to drive to the back and get my order, I ask The gentlemen to open both boxes so I can Inspect as the rules from the store are horrible for pick up. One of the night stand was complete broken, the entire back was like not finish by the manufacturing. How can raymour and flanigan allow this? I was Told I needed to drive back around to go and speak to the representative to get a new one, I follow The instructions- the rep told me that she will order a new one and that I can Pick it up on Saturday- I was not happy and requested to speak to a manager- the manager si me that I can Take the one on the floor ? Are you kidding ? How disrespectful- I told Her No! She then advise me that I can Pick it up on Saturday and that she can give me a gift card ? I dont Need a gift card I responded - finally she agreed on delivering the missing item to my house for free. This entire interaction the manager was rude and so was the representative. I had Purchase a bed from the ramour and flanigan outlet in north Plainfield , New Jersey and they also messed up my order is almost / years and I have not receive the gift card they promise me. I will Never go back to this south Plainfield outlet ever again. The manager was rude, the rep was rude and the sale person who sold me the night stand didn’t even come over to see what was going on. Everyone, please don’t visit this store neither the one in north Plainfield.
