Rob the furniture salesman in Waterford, CT was very friendly and helpful!

Informed and courteous help describing options but did not pressure me for an upsell once I had made my decision about my preference.

Time taken by Sales to explain differences in product. And no hard pressure to buy. Price reasonable.

The salesman was patient and had excellent experience in understanding what recliner that I was attempting to purchase for my 92 year old mother who tried many rescuers that did not fit her medical needs. The Yardley recliner worked perfectly for her!

We went to look at a particular bed, it’s a “special order” item and nothing close to it in color was available to look at. The salesman was fine, a bit disinterested.

Costumer greetings, professional, not pushy. Sales agent made himself available and provided helpful information on product in question. He also made the purchase process simple and understandable.

We've had such good experiences with R & F in the past, which is why we visited yesterday to purchase a mattress. Anderson was kind, he was friendly, please do not get me wrong, he was a very nice salesperson to work with; however we were hoping for him to be a bit more knowledgeable in the mattress department! His first two questions were what size and how much are we willing to spend. We knew queen, but the price really depended on what the best fit for us would be. I had a lot of questions, one being if there is a recommended comfort level for a side sleeper (i.e. firm, medium firm, etc.) and he did let me know this did not matter. It would have been nice to be given a quick layout of the floor, and the difference in the various mattresses we were trying out, that's all! I felt lost, anxious, and so I did ask him to give me some time to just lay on everything. To be honest, I don't even know about the brand I bought, only that it felt good for the few minutes I laid on it. King Koil? Is this a reputable brand? Checking out was a little nerve wracking too - it was then that the box spring and frame were added to the order, which of course we needed but it just felt like a frustrating experience for us and the gentleman typing up the order. I thought about canceling it all together but after doing some research on King Koil, I think we made the right decision (I hope we did!) We currently have a Sealy, which we love, and that is what we wanted to get but I am not sure if there were any at the store. We did everything on our own but I do have to say he was patient while we figured out what we wanted. I still trust R & F for future purchases. Everything else has always been wonderful. Our last name was also spelled wrong so I just fixed it.

Jared was easy to work with and helpful. He let us shop and did not pressure us with anything at all.

Your salesperson Liz made us feel welcome. She is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about your merchandise. The store in Waterford is immaculate and has a very good selection to choose from.

Had a question in chat with online rep. He said he' d have to contact the manufacturer and email the response. I just wanted to know the height of a table lamp. That info should be available to the representatives.

Our sales man Eric was amazing. Easy to talk to an no pressure. Unlike some places sales people will follow you around and make you uncomfortable. Eric was like look around tell me if you have questions. We found our couch sat on it for a while chatted with Eric. He really helped make us feel it was the right decision.

Your salesperson was unfriendly and did not know his product. I actually knew more from using the internet. a sad waste of my time with traffic and gas $$ spent uselessly. I ordered online
