Great place and very helpful staff. Huge selection and options not on the floor.

We received the same outstanding service that we received when we bought a house full of furniture in the spring of 2018. We were looking for a couch this time in the same pattern and material we already have, sure enough there it was right on the showroom floor. But, to our amazement, so was our sales person Christine Scovell, what a surprise. She took us immediately under her wing and we were completely done in minimal time. We purchased our new Couch and off we went 100 % satisfied. Super Service and great prices! Thank you Christine, we appreciate all you do!

Shipping is terrible! Manager assured us the item would be shipped before a specific date, the truck showed up, and the item was not on the truck. This happened not only once, but twice.....in return for "the inconveniences" I received a $100 gift card, like I want to spend my money at your store again.... I would've rather had the $100 off the price of the item for their terrible services. Next time I'll spend my $1000 somewhere else!

It was a pleasure to work with Ty. He knew the inventory well and after showing us what we were looking for he left us alone to discuss our choices. We appreciated that time because the chair is for my husband who is handicapped. It allowed my son and I time to help him in and and out of the two chairs we were considering in private. It was much less embarrassing for my husband than having the salesman standing there while we assisted him. Thank you Ty for being sensitive to your customers needs.
The delivery is 5 days out rather than the advertised 2 days but that’s not a deal breaker for us.

After a one day delay due to extraneous reasons? The delivery bright and early the next day was seamless and the 2 delivery men were very professional and efficient! Thank you!

We have worked with Becky Allen before. She is a professional who has been to answer all our questions, help explain options and contrast them and is very easy to work with.

She is an asset to your sales team and should be recognized as such.

The rep who originally helped us was great except she didn't put down that we requested to be contacted only when all the furniture was in. I received a phone call on a Friday saying that the furniture was ready for pickup and I informed them that my mom had just died and we would be in on Wednesday or Thursday to pick it up. I then got several calls on Monday again about it (during my mom's funeral). When we went to go pick it all up on Thursday we found out after renting a truck that only one piece was in. The customer service rep we spoke with said well it wasn't in the system and had no empathy. We have purchased from Raymore and Flanigan before but probably won't in the future. We did not pick it up that day. We are still waiting for it to all be in store. Mind you we ordered this on 09/04 and today is 09/26.

Jake Hall answered all my questions and was very kind. I requested prices of 2 different mattresses and within minutes was able to accommodate my request. Service was great. Not pushy towards any certain mattress. Thank you

Tom was extremely patient, informative and knowledgeable about the product, bedding, we were shopping. He did a great job.

Sales person Deidra is an amazing person overall. She takes her time an make sure am comfortable with my purchase. I have worked/ purchase with her at least 5 times. I think it's her personality that makes me coming back. Your company need more people like her. She I truly a blessing.
