Salesperson’s professionalism, and person centered interaction throughout my meeting with Mr. Cox are two areas of customer service that I value, and experienced 100% during my visit.

The Marquis, our salesman and Yario, who loaded our vehicle went above and beyond our expectations. Catering to every thing we ask them to do. Went out of our way to answer questions. Just top notch service

Our sales consultant Marquis Jordan showed us a few mattresses after asking what size and comfort level we were looking for. We tried out five different ones and found one that seemed perfect. We also bought a new mattress cover. He helped us find a good fit rather than trying to sell us something. We may be buying a second mattress soon and we will ask Marquis again.

Went to the Elm St office in West Springfield and had concerns about over bearing sales reps who will try and sell you the store. Here comes our nightmare on Elm St shopping experience we thought. Working with Ana M was a pleasant breath of fresh air for my wife and I. She listened to what we were looking for, not pushy and helped find the right item for us. Here we are over a month later and still very happy with our purchase. Thank you Ana.

The lady that helped me was very sincere and helpful. She was eager to help and asked great questions. I know she is a new employee and learning her job, I know this because she made a great connection and took time to get to know me. She is easy to talk to.

Wil was very helpful and remained with me for as long as I needed him. He provided recommendations and provided options. When he wasn’t sure of something, he sought assistance from his manager who was also helpful. Wil did not push me on any items and was very patient. I ended up buying a couch, dining room table and chairs, swivel chair, coffee table and end tables. Thanks, Wil!

My husband and I Worked with a lady named Sandra Garcia. She was awesome! I had come in on 2 other occasions because I was unsure of what I wanted . Requested her again because she Gave us our space to look until We needed her, what I loved was she wasn’t pushy like some and hovering non-stop making it uncomfortable but was right there and on top of answering any questions we had. I even had to go home and re-check few measurements. Called back and she promptly fixed my order. I can’t say enough good things about her and our experience working with her. I will be recommending Sandra specifically to my friends and family.
