For the second time
For the second time, after waiting almost a year fro a high end special order, it was delivered with damage and a factory defect.

This was my first trip to Raymour and Flanigan at the eastern hills mall your customer service representative Judy met me as I walked in the door was very professional and courteous listened to my needs and was very helpful and and she helped me purchase a lift recliner for my 98-year-old father and a beautiful powered recliner for me in my living room a wonderful experience

Salesperson and selection
I walked into your store and when I left, I was so glad that I met up with your salesperson, Lisa and the selection of mattresses.! I had been to 3 mattress specialty stores, and wasn't totally happy with the selection and cost of mattresses. She knew her mattresses and guided me to the choices that she thought I would like. I haven't tried out my purchase yet, but am hoping that the fit is right and comfortable.

Delivery arrived as promised
Delivery arrived as promised. We had a little problem, the original headboard would not fit up our stairs, the delivery staff were very helpful and assisted my husband in picking out a different model that they felt would fit up the stairs. We were scheduled to receive the second delivery on 2/13/20, but the salesman called when he realized there was an opening for delivery in our area for Sunday, February 9. They were able to deliver. They did a fantastic job, the salesman was helpful and courteous, and the delivery staff were top notch.

Loved working with Maya at the Exton, PA store. She was helpful but laid back and not at all pushy, which we appreciate. We definitely will revisit the store in the future when a need presents itself!
