Great service
Scott from White Plains store was very helpful and professional. I got my mattress the next day and delivery guys were great. They helped me remove my previous mattress and install the new one.

Overpriced Furniture and Their Delivery Fees a Rip Off
Raymour and Flannigans has beautiful furniture however they're overpriced, they charge a lot of money for delivery, their sales aren't good "sales" and their salesmen are all about their own commission. If it wasn't for the gorgeous furniture I wouldn't shop there at all!

Delivery was horrible
Delivery was horrible.
Bed was to be delivered next day
Got call stating they could delivery mattress next day however adjustable frame would not be available until monday with pillow.
Monday matress delivered bo frame was told it was coming second delivery later that day. At 5 pm no delivery called to find out not coming until wednesday.
Matress was to be removed
Had my daughter wait all day for delivery once again.
They come refuse frame if old matress
Then place new adjustable frame on top of it !!!!!! Really
Said they can not move anything just deliver
Now have heavy matress with heavy adjustable frame on top of old frame. Need to all moved to remove old.
