A fantastic service from this boutique. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I ordered a high end tote to be delivered to the UK and it arrived in two days. The packaging was tamper proof and FedEx delivered on time. The price of the item was also amazing. I will definitely be ordering again

Ci tenevo a fare questa recensione perché l’avevo promessa. Mi sono trovata benissimo nonostante un grandissimo disagio e un pessimo servizio procurato dal corriere, ma assolutamente non era colpa del negozio. Il pacco alla fine non l’ho ricevuto e dopo tante peripezie é stato rimandato al mittente fortunatamente sano. Durante tutta la vicenda, il servizio clienti é stato cortese e gentilissimo e soprattutto iper disponibile nell’aiutarmi informandomi di tutto. Si erano proposti addirittura di rimandarmi il pacco con un corriere più affidabile e a carico loro pur di farmelo ricevere nella maniera più giusta e corretta possibile. Un servizio clienti di questo tipo non si trova facilmente e va assolutamente premiato per l’immensa cortesia e disponibilità. Consiglio assolutamente il sito per eventuali acquisti!
(Cosa non meno importante, si sono preoccupati anche del rimborso che mai é scontato)
