Service was 5 star and speed of deliver was 5 star. Product was well packaged… the only reason I gave four star was it had a different Mac OS than specified. Otherwise very good experience.

All's well that ends well!
I bought a used 27" 2019 iMac from Re-Macs but after I started using it, I found it would unexpectedly crash (shut down), sometimes several times a day. Contacted vendor who diagnosed possibly faulty RAM (DIMMs) and sent me replacements, which I installed and so far, it seems to have solved the problem. Communication was excellent and after-care exceptional. Shipping with tracking lightning fast!

Completely unrelated but I have a little buyers remorse due to apple’s abandonment of intel processors in favour of their own silicon chips. Wasn't aware of how severe the issue was.
Otherwise the delivery was swift. Hope to have a good few years use out of the product and will Re-macs will be high on my refurbished mac vendor list ESPECIALLY if they keep the 2 year warranty/guarantee in place.

Fantastic - Highly Recommended Company. I ordered MacBook Air, B standard at 1545 Friday; it arrived next day ~ Saturday morning and the condition was excellent. It looked brand new; no imperfections or marks.

My recent purchase of a refurbished MacBook was a very efficient and easy process. Very happy with my new product and the assistance I received to help with a couple of issues regarding my understanding of the system were dealt with in a very easy, friendly and professional manner. Very good experience.

Excellent service and communication
My experience with Re-Macs was excellent. Communication was prompt, clear, informative and always courteous, both in terms of remote trouble-shooting and in keeping me updated with repair options and problems encountered during repairs. They happily responded to any questions I had, even though I have very limited technological understanding! I particularly valued their willingness to be flexible in terms of delivery accessibility, which made it much easier for me to receive my MacBook when it was returned.
