I found this wonderful site by accident because I was looking for essential oils for a new air purifier that I had just bought. I was overjoyed to find that this site was a site for Christian beliefs and none. The irony was it was the day before, Good Friday, Mysterious Ways indeed. My order was exactly as described, well packaged and communication was excellent. As for the item, they are probably the best essential oils I have ever bought. I highly recommend this company, value for money and quality product. I am now looking for more things I can buy. God Bless, J Mc D.

I paid fees to have the Bible delivered in 48h...1 week later I am still left hanging. I bought it on amazon and the seller does not boast about using their useless courier, Yodel to name it. The latter had been lying for 1 week, pretending having attempted several delivery which were never once attempted: I was there!!! There is no hindrance to access my building and the excuses used do not make sense: you do not reach an entrance by driving a footpath, which shows the courier does not even know what he is talking about. I will never buy from this seller since you cannot request Royal Mail as courier. As for Yodel customer service: unreachable, only AI not to face responsibility or be held accountable: never again!!! Amazon tried to contact the seller....no change!!!

DO NOT USE! This is SCAM site and your delivery will never turn up and there are no real people working there, it’s all for show to steal money. It’s a fake shop set up as ‘Christian’ to the steal money. I am still waiting on my shipment which never arrived, I never even got a confirmation email and I email so many times and no response. Do not give them your money they are frauds.

Dvd was delivered on 4th & left behind wheelie bin outside, I had no idea & finally remembered I had ordered the dvd on 15th, the rubbish had been collected and bins pushed back, the dvd was packaged so well it was still in perfect brand new condition 👍 GOD is GOOD 🙏

Misleading information on site as the item I ordered was not in stock. However they did not inform me of this until I chased them a week after delivery expected date. Have asked for a refund and now waiting for that

Order placed on 31st October 2025 was only shipped on 5th November after I had chased it by telephone. There is no sign of my order that was placed on 18th December having been shipped at all. The automated chat says it is waiting fulfilment. I am hoping that my email and message on the chat will prompt some activity. I have received no communication other than 'order confirmed'. Nothing to keep me informed of delays etc.

Ordered Christmas cards. Said 3-5 day delivery. The shop app stated ‘on the way’ . Today - a week later , I have only just received notification that the items have only just been shipped today. Wouldn’t have got them from this site if knew they were not going to fulfil their delivery deadline.

They do excellent range of books by authors that help me with problems in my season of life as Christian and prices are good but there only two problems the order takes to long to get to you and tracking service not very good. It would have been better if the use courier like evri, yodel or royal mail. You don't know exactly when you books are coming. The lack of communication so if something out of stock they don't email to let you know. They need to improve on those two things but apart from that they are good.

I was hesitant to order after reading reviews here, but was glad I did! The delivery took 5 working days to Ireland. I didn’t like to have to pay a rather big delivery fee but given that the prices were really good it was still worth it. All arrived perfectly and as described. Will definitely be ordering again.

Misleading stock description. No response from online chat or email. Will not be using again.

Id give them a 0 if possible. Ordered something 9 days ago now, baring in mind it said 3-5 day delivery. Nothing has been sent & they aren’t answering messages & contact number just rings out constantly.

No idea how to get my money back either, awful company do not use.

I ordered my 'He Reads Truth' Bible on the 27th December and thought I'd better check if the one day service was still up and running (it was, after all, only two days after Christmas). The wonderful Anita took my call (after just a few rings! - no automated service either!) and she patiently waited while I found the ISBN number so that she could check on stock. She also said she'd oversee its journey from the warehouse. 24 hours later my Bible arrived - on a Saturday! So, Anita if you get a chance to read this, you're my Christmas star and I trust Re-vived appreciate you as much as I do. Five very well deserved, and warmly recommended stars, for an excellent company and the brilliant service.

They claimed to have the Church Diary in stock and would send it within 6 days. Now 15 days later they still have not sent the book. I canceled the order today but will now be waiting for my refund!

Ordered books and paid for overnight delivery only to receive an email the following day saying out of stock and will be 3 weeks as they are printed to order. Nothing on the website explaining this. I have sent numerous emails asking for my money back with no response. Have now escalated this through PayPal.

The experience was terrible. Waited a week for my order, just for them to tell me it wasn’t even in stock? By the way, this is after 5 failed attempts of support through their chat support, then also had to wait 4 days for a response from their email. The delivery was on stock however they claim it is now not in stock so I can’t receive it until DECEMBER? Do not order from this place.

Delivery faster than I expected.

Do not recommend the shop. The shop provided a false information about the product and shipped the product different than it was described!
I was interested in buying a CD. According to the description of the product on their website it was a two CD set. I reached out the shop to confirm if it's a two CD set. They confirmed it and I placed an order. What a disappointment it was for me, when I received 1 CD instead!

What a wonderful company… I found them by chance when looking for some books on the New Testament and they were the only UK company who had all 3 of the books I was looking for and also, they were the cheapest… I can’t believe I had not heard of them before… excellent prices and my books have just arrived! I think if they came up higher in the search engines they would probably be more popular, but I am sure that will come in time, I hope… Thanks Re-Vived…
