Ordered some over the counter medication which said it was in stock and after 10 days nothing!! emailed them to get a update and they just refunded, no explaination no update just took the money and if i had forgotten to email them would have no goods even though they took the full money, would not use again

My experience at Reach Pharmacy, Finnieston, Argyle Street is not medical, however these guys went above and beyond. On our way home from the theatre on Saturday afternoon my husband and I stopped in, I'd been suffering from the onset of a migraine and wanted to see if they stocked the medication I like. Very helpful and friendly we headed home to Prestwick only to discover I'd left my theatre show programme (of sentimental value) on the counter. I called the pharmacy on Monday and by Thursday it had arrived by post to my house. Amazing & very thoughtful. Thank you 🩷

I rang my GP surgery, but as they were at full capacity they advised me to see Jill the pharmacist at Reach Pharmacy on Milngavie Rd.

This is the pharmacy where I normally collect my prescriptions. Luckily the pharmacist can prescribe and I was seen, given my prescription and advice. An excellent service which I was able to access without a long wait for an appointment. Highly recommended.

What can I say. Ashif and the team at Reach Pharmacy in Elderslie are the unsung heroes in the healthcare system. I have various chronic conditions and they have been amazing at supporting me from my medication administration, last minute meds I need, CMS prescriptions, advice, support, care, friendliness and humour. Ashif is the cherry on top. I have never felt more supported and understood. He has supported me with everything I need and can provide last minute support if I need it. He has a big heart and a sensible head and has a common sense approach to everything. Ashif explains everything to me. He also helped me with my weight loss journey and lost 4.5 stone which has reduced my risk factors for cancer recurrence and heart failure. He even rescued me when I needed by b12 injection recently and could not last another moment without it. He was able to see in my face that I badly needed it because that's who he is. He's an absolute professional and kind, reliable and knows us all by first names. Thanks Reach. I reached out and you answered. You will never know how much that means to me.

To say the service is outstanding would be an understatement, above and beyond, really amazing, got my private blood test in the mail this morning, and the sample was took within the hour at Reach pharmacy, an absolutely amazing service, thank you all at Reach pharmacy, overall, outstanding service.

I placed a small order two days ago. Both items were marked as in stock, but I'm still waiting for notification of dispatch. I emailed for an update, but I've had no answer. I am confused, as the reviews are mostly good. Are there two companies called Reach Pharmacy - one good and one awful, and I've plumped for the wrong one?

Kifayah I feel goes above and beyond what you expect. The service is amazing and she always delivers. Great to talk too if i need to and also being able to text about meds. My experiences with the Johnstone castle pharmacy have been fabulous, the advice and knowledge that the girls have given me is a massive help,
Family member has recently started the weight loss injection( mounjaro) in Johnstone castle and is loving the support as she starts this journey with the help from sumeara the pharmacist.

Not sure if these guys are real. Order didn't arrive.
