Resubscribed and on attempting to use my pc was infected with Malware. Tried to get a refund but no replies to emails. Checked with bank and found the payment was going to an address in Qld Austrailia.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED
I was a long time subscriber years ago. I wanted to use ReadNotify to confirm that an important email was opened and read. ReadNotify remembered my email address; however, when I entered my password, it indicated it was incorrect. I was prompted to enter my security answer which I entered correctly (which City were you born in). Despite this I could not log in so I reached out to customer support repeatedly to have it reset. Never received the courtesy of a response.
Charged my credit card after I responded to the renewal notice that I did not want to renew, in advance of the charge. Charged anyway. Charge went trough even though the card was frozen since they had charged it before. Company will not respond to countless calls, emails or to ANY communications to the listed email addresses - accounting, help, tec - nothing. I finally used the readnotify tag to email their accounting department (again) and confirmed they received it. Still nothing!
I will have to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. This is not about the money at this point. Who does business like this - other than SCAMMERS??? Businesses like this need to be stopped!!!
This Company SUCKS!
Absolutely NO Customer Service response.
23 YEARS of paying these people, beginning in 2001 for their email tracking services. When it came time to ask questions about the legitimacy of the certified tracking for use in court, nothing but crickets. The person who responded initially stated that their services provide certified proof of delivery, opening, status after that including forwarding, the I.P. addresses of all computers for where the email was opened, how many times it was opened, etc. They REFUSE to answer customers emails. They are in this for YOUR MONEY and that's it. Use a different company.
The service it's impossible to cancel. I have tried countless time from my laptop and smartphone. It says that an error has occurred and to contact their customers service, but I have sent countless emails and never got an answer. I will have to cancel my credit card.
