I like overall capabilities of Realeflow. It is a little clunky. recent updates made it better but still clunky. Entering full info is too time consuming.

Overall the product is quite robust. I do find there are some features lacking in terms of ease of use and have supplied some suggestions for improvement to the brightideas email address.
Realeflow should implement a user community feedback portal, like the Microsoft feedbackportal_microsoft_com/feedback. This would give everyone good visibility as to what's being worked on and would go a long way to making sure the features that are most important to address are documented and addressed with the right priority. Uservoice.com offers a very similar service I am sure you might have knowledge of from other vendors.
In addition, some of the data sources seem to be pretty stagnate. On several occasions I have found that the data presented is not nearly current enough with the locally available information and I am talking months old not just days or weeks. Not that big a deal in some cases but it does lead to either more work on the clients end and/or wasted time, money and effort. Hard nut to crack but something to strive for in order to provide more accuracy and value.

We have tried this platform going on 6 months now and the results have been really sub-par. If you want it just for the website then it's good however, if you want to track who clicked on your emails, this system lacks capability to provide that information, they couldn't provide the open rate and overall when we called and asked for answers the reps were very uniformed and seemed like they didn't know anything. Please don't pay for a year in advance even if they provide a discount because should you not like it and want to cancel midterm they will not refund you the difference.

Realeflow is amazing! It is seamless and plays such a critical role in all aspects of our business, from development to closing the deal.

The training was excellent and explained in a very simplistic way. Using this resource is a God-send.

Realeflow is a fantastic business resource for real estate investors. There are so many different aspects to the program from business and property management to managing properties to marketing tools at the click of a button.

Customer service is always fast and friendly.

So far every time a reach out for help it has been very easy and on time. Makes my learning and moving forward quick and looking forward to a successful turnout.

For all Real Estate Investors, especially newbies, the Realeflow software and training is an incredible bargain. They share their decades of knowledge through the training videos, templates and amazing Ai software.

I highly recommend Realeflow to anyone looking to begin a Real Estate Investment career and to those experienced Investors looking to get to the next Level

on the videos i have watched some of the things like the videos we can go back and watch at any time are not on the home screen as the video says they are and a couple of other things have changed from what we received on our platform to where the video says it is so i guess the platform has changed and video has not been updated. also leads i believe were said to be scrubbed daily well one home i was working on myself showed up in the pre-foreclosure listing and it was listed by an agent in the mls months ago which is way past the foreclosure process, i am still giving other leads a try

I start to use this program and just love it.It has so much info without me looking for it.

Access to realeflow should give investors access ALL features available.

Allow more access for the monthly fees already being paid.
