This has been the absolute worst experience we've ever had with any real estate listing site. We paid the full amount upfront for a year's subscription, trusting their promises of high-quality, verified leads to grow our business. From the start, their sales team hyped up guaranteed results, but once the payment cleared, everything fell apart.
Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and support tickets vanish into a black hole. The "verified leads" we received? Completely useless – irrelevant contacts, outdated info, and zero conversions. When we raised concerns, the assigned account managers, Omkar Chauhan and Sonia Mangla, made empty excuses but refused to take any real responsibility. They stopped responding entirely as soon as we demanded accountability for the fake leads and subpar service.

Worst after sales support we have ever seen. They’re incompetent to fulfill their commitments and are running a fake promotions through their customer care executives.
They don’t bother to respond to the users, replying to the mails and even ignore the calls. Not at all recommended if you don’t want to get stressed due to their unfulfilled commitments.

I paid INR 15,000 and INR 27,500 to RealEstateIndia (Weblink.in Pvt Ltd) for lead generation services, expecting quality leads for my real estate business. They promised:

Running Facebook ads to generate leads.
Providing 2 leads daily.
Delivering clients genuinely interested in visiting my properties.

Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled. After making the payments, I received no quality leads, no client visits, and despite several follow-ups, only empty assurances. This has caused me financial loss, and I feel misled by their false claims.

I would not recommend their services to anyone. Be cautious before engaging with them!

Last month I shifted to Karnataka, I was staying at my friend's house. I was looking for a flat one of the my friend suggested me for realestateindia.com. I got genuine, verified brokers and sellers. Then I easily contact them thanks to realestateindia.com

After moving to Chennai for job , I was looking for a house on rent in a decent locality . I consulted a number of real-estate agents but most of them said that people in best locality were not ready to rent out a house to a single woman. That's when I turned to real estate India to find house on rent in the new city. I got in touch with a few real-estate agents as well as home owners in the city to find a house in rent . After going through many properties listed here , I found an ideal 1BHK flat in a good locality in the city. the best part was that the flat rent was within my budget.

I am a agent and had taken a package from them .. at that time they told me they promote my website and bring it on first page in Google search.. they made all fraud commitments.. when you start complaining the sales person who had convinced you to take packages get disappear, they tell you that he has left a job.. dont buy any package from them.. all fraud works they do.. don't waste your money... they are very much expert in convincing and giving all fake commitments...

I'll never recommend anyone to buy their package. They are very good at marketing and worst at service, specially after sales service. Before taking money from you the whole company comes to convince you. But after you make the payment nobody brothers. All the previous telecallers will become busy and you will be assigned to new telecallers. Not trustworthy.

Good website to have a list of new updated property location wise. kindly keep it up. i use it regularly.
