After rent.com.au went down a while back, I needed a website to help manage my properties. No word of a lie, real renta is actually 100 times better, can manage water bills, add photos etc. For anyone self managing I CANNOT recommend highly enough!
I am a seasoned investor as well as the director of a real estate office, have a soft copy as well as this website (for double assurance in case anything ever happens), and Jason is ALWAYS available and helpful whenever I have any questions. Best website for property ever.
This is used primarily for my personal portfolio, and I urge my clients and anyone else to also use this when I have investor clients.

Recommended if you’re managing a property yourself. Very reasonable price, love the BPay option and automated rental receipts. Has been a real help for a first time landlord 🙏🏼

Strongly recommend to all landlords. Great software, great service and very affordable. I do the inspections and communicate with my tenants to satisfy their needs and wants and mine when required. Realrenta manage rental payments, reminder notices, advertising and applications etc. I can log into site 24/7 for all information required.

I used them for all my properties and all without a fault.Back up is second to none

Great management software! Used this since 2019. Found that if we self manage we vet the tenants and ask questions our managing agents weren't. Able to converse with tenants and see what issues they have. We are upfront about rent increases but make sure that they are fair and reasonable. Will never use realestate agents again!

For me, RealRenta is the go to if you want to manage your own properties. This platform has made property management a breeze. Jason is only a text away and he has been extremely accommodating and helpful when needed. I highly recommend and endorse RealRenta.

Realrenta is the only platform I use for our rentals. The support I have received is above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough for your rentals for oversight as a landlord.

I like the RealRenta system. It is much cheaper than using real estate agents in my area. Real estate charge lots more but provide very little and dissappointing service. With the RealRenta recording, reminders etc all happen on line automatically within the system. For the rest, you attend to tenants, repairs, whatever, yourself. So, control remains in the hands of the manager/ owner.

You have access to a licenced agent to help with any questions or support you need along the way. Highly recommend this product and great company.
