People are just saying that rebornartdoll.com is a scam but they just don't want you to buy actual rebrons from that app.

This is a scam. I made the mistake of buying from this company and didn't look here first. The dolls look nothing like the image. Don't buy!!!

Didn’t really expect the dolls to be exactly like the photos online but I did expect them to include the clothes advertised. I bought 2 different dolls with different outfits. What I got 2 dolls exactly the same and 2 same disgusting outfits. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER TO AVOID BEING DISAPPOINTED. This site is a SCAM

Worse company to deal with! Did not get doll that I ordered and they refused to make it good! Do not purchase from them ever!

I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered a doll a month before Christmas and still have not received it! Every time I email them asking for a refund because the doll is lost they just send me the tracking number. I wish I would have looked up the reviews before I wasted my money!!!

The doll ordered was not the one received, quality of doll was awful. Hair was like plastic straw. Great niece who’s 3 loved it and wouldn’t let doll go otherwise I would have returned it in a heartbeat. Definitely not worthy of 74.00 !!!!! Don’t waste your money like I did.

Never buy from this seller. I ordered a doll for my daughter and what I got was absolutely nothing like what was advertised on the website. Not only did the doll looked absolutely nothing like the picture advertised, it smelled horrifically of plastic. I do not think it is safe to use.
When I contacted them regarding the return they tried to press me into keeping it offering first 10% and then 20 % refund. I insisted that I wanted to return the doll (I couldn’t even resell it because of the smell) they finally gave me the instructions how to return it. I followed the instructions, it cost me £20 to rerun it. It has been delivered and accepted, still no refund! I wrote twice to them showing the screenshot that the doll has been delivered, but now they don’t even reply. It is a complete scam and rip off. Keep your money away from them!

At first I figured this had to be a scam after the doll was stuck in transit for 4 weeks. They replied to all of my emails however didn’t seem to know much about the shipping. The doll finally arrived and was legit however not identical to the photos. I purchased a full silicone doll with real hair.

Ordered twins but only received one. Customer service advised me to buy another if I wanted twins although the description
clearly stated “twin.” The quality of the doll is ok. Heavy like a newborn and vinyl, but hair is different. Whatever. No doll (or twins even) is worth $400. Customer service stopped replying.

SCAMMERS. I ordered a supposedly 16”, 5.51 pounds, full silicone reborn baby doll for over $200, what I received was a TINY 12” 3 pound doll that looked absolutely ridiculous. I was so excited to receive this doll & it took about 10 days to arrive but when I seen it my heart sank. I could’ve got the same doll for $20 from temu!! When I filed a claim with PayPal to attempt to get a refund the company stated that the doll I got was exactly what I ordered, even though it had a completely different size, length, & face than what the pictures & descriptions & even the reviews showed. They said there are “slight differences” with every doll purchased LOL. The reviews are ALL FAKE. They offered a 15% refund LMFAO. I had to escalate the claim through PayPal because they were no help. Then they said I can send back the doll to china for a refund. It costed me $87 to get the shipping label to ship it back! The address is very long & difficult to understand so you have to figure out how to put it in the correct format & it was very annoying & frustrating, but I’d rather lose out on $87 instead of $250. What they do is use fake photos from real artists in their product photos & their review photos to deceive you.. & fake descriptions. The reviews are all fake, everything about this business is illegal & a scam. Do not fall for it. This was supposed to be Christmas a gift for my cousin who had a miscarriage & ended up being infertile, she is absolutely heartbroken over it & I wanted to give her the realistic looking doll to cope. This company preys people from different countries & they know realistic baby dolls is usually something that someone who is emotionally invested would want to purchase. It’s disgusting that this company is probably making millions off of scamming people.

I spent $217 on a full silicone baby doll for a Christmas gift for someone who had a miscarriage & I received a COMPLETELY different doll than advertised. It is tiny, unrealistic, & a complete joke. Found it on aliexpress & it’s worth about $45!! I’m soo disappointed this site is a complete scam & it should be shut down IMMEDIATELY. I have tried to receive a refund with no response, I will be taking further action.

They give you the runaround for exchanges or returns. They discourage the consumer from the options of returns/exchanges because they refer you to a customer service option that doesn’t exist on their site. You are conversing with they support services who advise you don’t want to engage in returning your items because of shipping overseas. They switch you to numerous agents which I believe is initially the one you start out with. Information on their website is misleading. You paid an absorbed price, shipping etc and they’ll only resolution is for you to keep the doll which is not as described on the site and refund you only 20% which barely covers to shipping and handling fee. I will never ever patronize this business website again. I will and strongly recommend advise that you DO NOT order from the company!!!!! Please please please I beg of you! And I will be advising my friends, family, colleagues, social organizations, social media blogs etc. to stay away. It should be up to the consumer to decide to “deal with the inconvenience of overseas returns” and not be discouraged or have the decision made for you. To be offered 20% on your next purchase or 20% off on your purchase and keep the merchandise is ludicrous since the customer has no desire to make any future purchases. A valid customer service link or email needs to be placed on the site. Or if the support services is actually the customer service then they need to honest with the consumer and advise so! They even seems to screen their feedback/ comments/reviews from consumers to reflect all positive which is certainly not the case. Also they are not honest with all fees such as shipping, discount fess etc. But again I will not patronize this site ever again

Like a fool, I did not read the reviews. I not only was burned one time but for 3 dolls - The dolls were nothing like I thought I ordered. Over priced and totally unrealistic. Yes I tried to reach out to them because I had ordered the heartbeat feature - for what? Just more cost for totally terrible dolls. They are expert in suckering people in - don't get taken!!

The site is a SCAM. I ordered a doll with dark skin and smooth wavy hair. I received a doll with a huge Afro. When questioned, with photos, the company said slight variations are common and that I received the doll I ordered. They offered a 10% reduction in price. Refused a refund.

Scam company! Ordered a doll for my daughter Christmas present and they sent me the ugliest doll that had no likeness to the one that ordered on their website. The doll I received is of poor quality and is only fit for the bin/trash. The doll I ordered was only supposed to have a heartbeat (only sound option available for particular doll on their site) however they sent me one with cooing and crying sounds etc. When I brought this to the companies attention and after 17 emails back and forth they refused to admit they’d sent the wrong doll and would only offer me 55% refund for an almost £80 doll. They claimed that they could not offer a refund unless I returned the incorrect doll at my own cost which would cost a fortune, however there is nothing in their returns policy that states if they are at fault that the fill must returned at the consumers cost. This company have consistently gaslighted me throughout their emails, despite all the evidence I provided to them to prove the doll was not what I ordered they refused to accept fault. They are rip off merchants, please do not order from them!!!!!

Received my reborn doll today……terrible! I wish I had read the reviews before I bought!
I contacted them and they did get back to me pretty quickly and offered 10% refund which I refused. They then offered me 25% as it would be too expensive and hassle to send the doll back and I again refused telling them I didn’t want this doll in my house and refuse to give to my daughter as a Christmas present as I would be able to buy a better doll in Smyths or B&M.
I have managed to get the return address and am sending the doll back for a full refund as I have told them I would contact Trading Standards.
Not happy at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The reviews on the site are fake.
I have paid £105 for a reborn doll . It looks like a £9.99 doll from smyths.
They have offered 10% refund and now 20% refund.
I will be taking this up with my bank and getting a refund as what I have received is not what I ordered.
Please please please do not buy! I have now purchased an incredible reborn doll from the uk for £89.99

They are terrible. The dolls look nothing like pictures, they refuse to do anything to address your concerns, they do not allow refunds. Never buy from them!

Do NOT buy anything from this company. It’s a complete scam. They should be ashamed of themselves to do this to people at Xmas . The doll looks like a cheap Walmart doll at best . Save your self the hassle. They do not answer emails nor is there a contact number . Total scam
