SCAMMERS doll looks nothing like advertised was a gift for my daughters birthday and it was all she talked about how she was getting a “real” baby she was absolutely heartbroken when I had to tell her it didn’t arrive (it did but I couldn’t show her the baby as it was so horrid ) looks like a cheap doll you’d buy in the market for £5 absolutely disgusting! I have my fingers crossed the bank will refund me as these are refusing to ! 100% money back guarantee they say ! BULL … don’t buy !

I recently bought a full body silicone doll from Rebornartdoll, and after having read the comments on Trustpilot, I wasn’t expecting very much.

The doll arrived today and it exceeded expectations. Although the doll doesn’t look exactly as advertised, it still looks quite life like and is well made.

One very happy little girl in our house today 😊!

DO NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAY GOOD MONEY FOR. FULL SILICONE BABIES ARE NOT THE CORRECT SIZE, HAIR IS A JOKE, AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE A REAL BABY NOR THE PICTURES THEY PRESENT ON THEIR SITE.

Dolls do not come as ordered. Hair is barely visable, and clothes were not even close to what is shown. The doll is ok, but not worth the price. All accessories are incredibly cheap quality. No customer service what so ever. Do not order from this website. It is a scam. Even the reviews on their website seem to be false. I've attempted emailing them multiple times with no response. No other way to contact seller. Also no way to add a review on their website.

The site is a joke. They don’t take returns after they only show you pictures of the artist’s rendition. Instead, you get a horrifying Chuckie and their “solution” is to offer you 10% of what you paid. They won’t even take the freak show back because they know it’s trash. Save your money for a nicer model- it makes all the difference.

Totally not the doll that I ordered, very cheap looking, poor imitation of a reborn. Nothing at all like the pictures on the website. More like a dollar shop doll. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Would give a zero if I could. Very disappointing.

Dishonesty, they claimed free shipping and then they changed me shipping. The quality of the product is cheap, not made from high quality products as advertised. Poor customer service and they don't stand behind their product. Was unable to return the item

The baby doll that I got look nothing like the picture. The picture in the ad looked a lot more real and was light skin Blue eyes. The baby I received is dark skin and has curly hair hair and brown eyes. It looks like a typical baby doll.

I see bad reviews I wonder why so I bought one it makes noise and breathe . I think it is adorable was not very expensive. The shipping take about 7 business days . Well worth the money

An absolute scam and false advertisement. These b*stards steal pictures from other companies and post them as their own. The doll we recieved was in no way close to what I ordered for my daughter. I filed a fraud claim with PayPal and the company offered me 20% refund but I escalated the claim with PayPal and they agreed to a 100% refund but I have to pay the damn shipping. Absolute horse 💩

I don’t even want to give it one star. The god awful doll I got in the mail was nothing like what is on their website. This was a gift for my niece from my mother, cause she comes home every day from school, telling about her friend letting her babysit her reborn doll. So my mother saved up the money to surprise her with this. $120.00, which is not easy to come by at 70 years old and only drawing social security. This is the comment they sent me. And after this comment I sent another telling them that I want a complete refund still no answer back. So I will send this to the Better Business Bureau. It may or may not help. Just wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered it for my mother and niece. 🤬 Also the picture next to my name has the doll they sent me. Wish I could put both pictures on here.

My seven year old granddaughter whom lives with my wife and I has many nice dolls, some my wife has bought and others from friends and family. I decided to gift her something different, upon a little research I decided on Reborn art dolls for the same reason as the rest of the purchasers. My granddaughter was so excited about picking her very own life-like full silicone doll that she fell in love with her immediately. After three weeks of bragging to her friends and setting up her bedroom anticipating delivery of her baby, the day is here and she’s opening up the package. I never experienced the horror on her face before, she was so disappointed with her baby. It was totally different than what she had picked out, I was shocked as well. The arm placements, hair, not able to drink and pee were all the important features that made this baby appealing to her. Like everyone else I tried reaching out as well, but the run around and total lack of acknowledgment they may have made a mistake, they even took down their write a review page. I’m so thankful my wife and I has taught our granddaughter to appreciate everything that is given, even if it isn’t what you originally wanted. She has eventually fell in love with her baby and is her favorite, I’m thankful she is a wonderful kid, but Rebornartdoll will never get another cent from me as my granddaughter will get another doll from another company. I learned a lesson to do extensive research the next time.

Completely fake company, with fake reviews on their site. The scary creepy doll I got looks NOTHING like the pics on their site. Their customer service had the Gaul to offer me a 10% refund. I wish trustpilot allowed us to upload pictures.

This company is a total fake, false advertising and horrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not order from this company. What you think you order is not what you receive. Stay clear.

The doll is nothing like the photo. It is made from hard plastic. You can buy a doll like this anywhere for a lot less.
Do not buy from this place you will be disappointed. Like my granddaughter.
Will not replace or refund it.

This is the worst, my little girls heart broken!! The absolute state of this scary looking piece of plastic that looks nothing like the doll we payed for and payed extra for eyes to open and close. It has no hair a stuffed body is supposed to be silicone, asda would of been a better option. Offering me 100percent refund no chance. This is being taken ALOT further. One big scam absolutely disgusting
