How is this hotel chain still in business 😳 they are horrible and no matter how bad your experience is they will not make it right. I have written several reviews because I don't know how they continue to get away with this egregious place they call comfort.

They will not allow guns on their premises, a policy they have applied arbitrarily and inconsistently in my case. They will ask you to leave and you will NOT receive a refund despite what they claim. They’ll say you will get a refund within 10 business days but that will be a lie. Their corporate office will be useless in assisting.

They kept $434 from my reservation paid and told me they didn't get the money and to pay for a new room I decided to live because they wouldn't try to help or talk to booking.com we paid $50 in taxi to sleep at this airport it was 1.30am and below zero, not only the host made me wait a hour and call the reservation number and deny me a room but when I called them he ignore me and pretend to be busy. He reverse charges from my bank later saying we had four nights there , they croocks. Don't book there

We stayed at Red Roof Inn Pigeon Forge as they say they are pet friendly...had stayed there before, but upon leaving this time they called to say that my daughters room was seen with 2 dogs, this was not the case, then when we called 2 days later it was then 3 dogs....she only owns 1 dog, he was crated, and they refused to return her deposit. They have no proof when asked and said that there was hair on everything. If you look at their reviews there, they are notorious for doing this to people, even when they have no pets with them....WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

I had went to the Red Roof Inn with my fiance, for a weekend getaway. We went to the I Drive area in Jamaican Crt. Our experience there was horrible. We saw 3 rooms. From each one had. Damped beds, drug needles in cabinet, no towels in either rooms, chipped walls and ceilings, mildew smell, someone has taken a shower in one, water on the floors, sink clogged, tvs on and a remote with no batteries, refrigerator off, rusted lamps, and broken door locks. We went home that same day. We didn't stay and still got charged. We didn't cancel, it was a disappointment. I've stood in the palm coast one on old kings its beautiful and clean and it's nothing close to this disgusting place. Never again. My fiancés birthday away to a disgusting place. It's ashame how this is a tourist area.

My father and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Wythesville, VA. To say I was repulsed is an understatement. When we arrived and went to the room, the first thing I looked for was the ice bucket. There was none. My dad went to the desk and asked for one and was told ‘I will have housekeeping bring one up.’ He didn’t understand that at 6pm housekeeping was gone for the day. Needless to say it never arrived. I was able to get a clean plastic ziplock bag from my car and then found that most of the ice machines did not work. Ice was needed as a regular room did not come with a fridge and/or microwave and I had food that needed to remain cold.
If that was it, I would have just left saying ‘wasn’t the best, but it worked’… but I wasn’t that lucky. With the painfully hard beds, I wasn’t able to sleep and around 1am went to the bathroom. Sitting on the toilet I then saw 4 small cockroaches crawling on the floor. With a closer look the next morning, it was filthy with dead insects and piles of dirt swept up against the walls and furniture. An hour after the bathroom incident, I went to change the temperature and was greeted by one of the larger roaches crawling across the control panel and others in and out of the vents. Well, I wasn’t getting any rest that night. Being that I was on heavy medications and my father’s night vision was very poor, I chose to call the front desk when I encounter this at 2am. Except the phone in the room wasn’t working.

By the time I was able to leave the next day, I was livid. I stayed later than I wanted so I could address this in person. I went to the front desk to talk about this with a manager. I understand the room was cheap, but it was unacceptable. Instead of a person I was greeted with a bucket indicating to leave key cards there. I stayed for about 15 minutes ringing the bell and looking around incase the front desk attendant was cleaning up or in the back or attending to something else. No one showed. I was disgusted, sleep deprived and down right livid by this point. If I could have safely left, I would have been gone by the first roach sighting.
I usually enjoy staying at Red Roof Inns as they are extremely dog friends, a decent price, and provide a clean room, hot shower and a decent bed. This place was a nightmare. Not only was there an infestation, filthy rooms that clearly weren’t clean (I don’t even want to think about the bedding), but the actual employees were gone or lying. To say I’m unhappy is one of the biggest understatements I’ve made in my life. Also, when bringing this to Corporate: no response.

The Red Roof Inn at Humble Texas is undoubtedly the worst place it has ever been my displeasure to stay. They cancelled the shuttle service without contact us and left us stranded at the airport. Non of the taxi driver or airport staff we aware that the shuttle had been cancelled and advised me to wait at the shuttle pickup/drop off point. After almost an hour I called the hotel only to be told it was no longer available despite it being in their literature and I believed it was a facility I was paying for. I have used Red Roof many times over the past 20 years and am witnessing their slow decline in services I will not be using them again, and would advise others also not to do so, the facilities as described in their literature are not what are provided in reality as there is a huge disconnect.

they kept trying take more and more money out of my bank after I paid for it the first time I stayed there, very disrespectful knocking on my door bothering me when I had proof of paying .

I went to the red roof on 3322 red roof inn place Louisville, Ky 40218 and it was wonderful the manager Joni was amazing and very nice, polite and helpful. we need more people like herself i will continue to come back as long as she is at the desk with a smile on her face.

These are not all in one day different times it only lets me put only ine date
Don't rent at redrood hotels in nashville and murfreesboro they use dx uses to get rid of you
Murfreesboro they want rent to us because they said it was our service dogs which it was not it was they did not like them so when they would clean the room they would throw the trash on the floor to frame us.

They said our dogs mess up some of the sheets they did not they could been washed. It was the foreign house keeping guy aak me was we checking out and I said yes and my wife was still inside and he open the door and walked in as she was getting dress.

Sudico Dr us not saying it is our dogs which is not they did not do anything it because i was upset I was going to resent the room we were in last time and we could not because ot was being rented but yet the room we wanted keep being rerented and would not move them out it is because they were the guest there.

I made a friend for life with one of the managers: SUZY. Her ... Husband ? ... was extremely helpful in getting us settled after I made a mistake in registering on line. And located next to one of the best restaurants in the Buffalo area makes it a keeper.

Red Roof Inn, Buena Vista NJ

My wife, myself and our cat stayed there 8/3/23 to 8/10/23. DO NOT LET THE RATING ON THE Red Roof Inn website fool you.

The room was OK, but small and cramped. The room shown on the website is their "deluxe room", which is larger. The air conditioner didn't work, it cooled the room, but everything was damp, like you walked thru a fog. The sheets and bedding, your clothing, everything. The two filters on the air conditioner were packed with pet hair. I cleaned them, but the room still never dried out.

On the morning of the second day we kept finding little fuzzy pieces of dark lint on the floor. Not the color of our cat. We'd pick them up and throw them away. After two days of doing this, I accidentally spilled water on the floor and used a paper towel to pick it up. The floor is a plastic wood grain flooring. THE PAPER TOWEL CAME UP DARK BROWN, LIKE CHOCOLATE AND COVERED WITH TINY HAIRS. THESE FLOORS ARE NEVER MOPPED. The hairs were not human, they were from a short haired cat or dog, probably both.

The faucet for the tub leaked more water from where it joined the wall than it put out the shower head. The suspended ceiling in the bathroom had two tiles that sagged and were water spotted. The carpets in the hallway were stained and spotted.

An item that I almost forgot. Don't try to get a drink of cold or cool water from the sink in the bathroom. The water temperature is regulated to always be warm. I shut off the hot water valve under the sink and no water came from the tap. I opened that valve and closed the other one and warm water ran from the tap.

IF THE BOARD OF HEALTH EVER CHECKED THIS PLACE THEY WOULD SHUT ITS DOORS.

DON'T STAY HERE. READ THE REVIEWS ON ANY SITE BUT THE RED ROOF SITE, AS THE OTHER SITES ARE ACCURATE.

Red Roof Inn Plus in Amherst is a total dump! Please don’t always believe what you see in pictures or in reviews. This place is filthy inside and out. Let me start: inside the floors are filthy and the small piece of rug contained smells like mold and body odor. The rooms are encased in cement so you feel like you are sleeping in a tomb.
Rate Always skyrocket for no reason at all leaving you to go from paying $100 to $200 plus, Thursday-Sunday.
It’s all about the mighty dollars and not customer service or appreciation. If something is broken or needs to be fixed, good luck!
The outside, where you would walk your dog or stroll, the area is overgrown with weeds and high grass. There are literally eyelashes, used condoms and feces in the rocks just outside your doorway. Security cameras are fake. There are no screens in the windows, a fridge and microwaves are only in a quarter of the rooms- do not work- don’t be fooled, neither does the water pressure.
They were raided for prostitution while I was there, 2 doors down.
In conclusion, the owner/manager who, to give a better description since name is unknown, is bald, only at his post for 2 hours a day.. is a lier and a scammer and manipulator! I state this as I and my debit card have learned this personally.
Don’t believe a word this wolf ever has to say. He is falsifying figures and rates to get the best sale! And his place is not even half way worth it! Let’s not forget the bedbugs and the Mexicans!!

This is a very basic hotel. We got exactly what we paid for. It was fairly quiet and located near restaurants. With the money we saved we were able to go out to dinner. The management was friendly. Don’t expect a high class, high service experience, and if you want a basic room and a shower, the price was right.

Stayed at RedRoof Hermitage PA form 8/2 to 8/6/2023. I found the room wonderfully clean and ready for my longer term stay. The housekeeping was exactly what I have encountered at other Red Roof's I have visited. What was the best surprise was wonderful water pressure in the shower ! It was quiet. The staff and other guests very polite and helpful to me (I walk with a cane) and found many people hopped to assist me in navigating doorways. A small repair I reported to management was completed the same day. Excellent job, The grounds are a work in progress with more cleanup needed for guests carelessness in discarding paper etc. But for dog's safety I did not see any broken glass or dog "deposits". I would absolutely stay there again. Red Roof is my first choice when I need reservations, i frequent different Red Roof motels probably times a year. The management team at Hermitage is clearly working on clearing their name with prior bad reviews GOOD PROGRESS.

we stayed at a Red Roof in Wytheville, Virginia. This particular hotel was not clean, on a scale of 1-10 it gets a 0. I realize it is a pet friendly but even the pets wouldn't appreciate this place. The air conditioning in the room was not working efficiently or at all, as it was cooler outside than inside. I will not consider staying with this chain again. Kassie at the front desk was very friendly and informative.

I am so thankful that we can tell how,or what or how our experience went.I just relocated from San Antonia,TX spending lots of money weekly going from hotel to hotel living in Austin Tx.RedRoof South of downtown Austin 4701 South IH 35 Austin Tx.I give them my debit card they took $92.00 I went upstairs on 2nd floor.i took pictures of roaches un the bath tub and living area by the microwave.i didn't even unpack my bags.i walked by downstairs asking for my return money.I didn't want to stay.Thwy refused to give me my money back.i called the Police ,they told me I need to call my bank and resolve it.After showing them the roaches on the camera they refused to give me my $92.00 back to my card.They kept the money never contact me back.I'd never go to another RedRoof hotel another day in my life.

I am staying at the 4607 mc knight rd Pittsburgh location. I have never had a motel of this low caliber. I am retired military and have stayed at motels all over the eastern US. To have no towels in the room upon entry is only the start. No courtesy toiletries, no small microwave or refrigerator. No complimentary breakfast. The staff seemed lost in doing their job. For over $170.00 dollars for 1 night seems high for nothing.
