The best part of the experience was the customer service representatives that I worked with. I had an issue where I was trying to get the jewelry before my mother‘s birthday, and I was not sure it was going to arrive, and the customer service representatives went out of their way to make sure that it got to my mother in time or that I had a good alternative for our birthday. I was blown away by the customer service. The representative I worked with was literally sending me pictures to my cell phone to review alternative jewelry and she even called me back because the jewelry that I ordered was not available in my mother size, but it was available in a smaller size, and she was calling to see if she could fit the smaller piece.

I gave a beautiful Movado watch I bought from Reeds as a wedding present to my wonderful new son-in-law. It was such a great price and a quality time piece. I ordered the watch under strict time constraints and the watch, which delivery I was able to accurately track, came a day early and was in beautiful form. I plan to do business with this jewelry company in the future, even though I am located in Massachusetts. It was a leap of faith to order on-line but I was not disappointed with any aspect of this purchase. So glad I found this present for my new son-in-law.

Please provide better confirmation
I would like to give five stars but want Reeds to know I did not get a follow-up email to confirm my purchase, so I had a concern my order may not have been properly completed. I checked my spam folder in case I missed something, but found no email. I then checked my credit card statement and saw the transaction was approved. Everything arrived promptly and well packaged, so that was extremely positive. I would shop with Reeds again and can say I am pleased, but recommend better email confirmation.
