Avoid Avoid Avoid. BOGOF deal on a pair of shoes, which are not fit for purpose!! Unable to return and the quality was not as advertised.

Would strongly recommend you stay well away from this company. Ordered a pair of shoes, and they delivered the wrong size. I asked how to return them and for them to send the correct size. To my amazement they refused to pay for the return shipping cost, which turned out to be in China, and instead suggested I buy an insole. I refused stating I wanted the correct size. They then offered me a 20% discount, and after going back and forth with several emails, with them increasing their discount by 10% each, I reluctantly agreed 40% refund, and have gifted the shoes to a charity. Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated, not the way to run a business. If you order something and they send the wrong size, they should rectify the order at their cost, surely 🤦‍♀️

FAKE BRANDED SHOES.

The shoes I ve ordered weren't the same shown in website in quality and colour it's a scam plus if you try to contact them to enquire about refund here it's theire policy .

Have tried to return but keep being advised that I must pay the cost and the goods "may be lost in transit". They have offered discounts on future orders (not going to happen) and partial refunds. I found the goods acceptable quality but like many others found the sizing to be very inaccurate. I can't believe I didn't check the reviews. They are nudging their refund offer up with each email backwards and forwards. Buyer Beware.

AVOID!! They sent the incorrect size. The company is refusing replace them unless I return the incorrect shoes at my expense despite consumer law clearly stating that I should not incur shippping costs as the goods were incorrect/faulty. I am about to start a dispute with them. I have every confidence that I will get my money back via Paypay but the company are at fault and their customer service is dire.

Horrific, take about 4 weeks to come from china and no response form anyone. Please read reviews before buying

Wasn't clear returns are to China. Refined-London is a clever front for a China shipment.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Whilst I actually quite liked the shoes once they had been delivered, the sizing is completely off and are far too big. Unfortunately I have only just read the ridiculous return policy. Don't waste your money

Buying footwear online is always a minefield and when the shoes don’t fit and you’re unable to return them without it costing the same amount as the purchase price you wonder why you were such an idiot to buy them in the first place. My advise. Do NOT buy from this company. Their return policy is ridiculous and you could just end up wasting your money.

Shocking quality - not worth the money. Terrible packaging - literalay wrapped in bubble wrap and sellotaped - how is such a shoddy product supposed to survive this incredibly long journey in packaging like that?

Worse! They will not even answer my emails to offer me the refund!

Absolute cowboys ripping off innocent customers.

Do not buy these shoes! They are shipped over from China, made from cheap and flimsy material and, judging by the other comments, they must still be making money from you even when they inevitably give you 30% of your money back because they warn you very strongly that returning them will cost you money. Items may not even reach the retailer meaning you've lost all your money. It's a terrible way to run a company and no better than Shein or Temu.

Ordered the wrong size in error email communication suggested I can exchange upon receipt. I have emailed them asking for refund as the actual shoe quality is awful. This is the response:

Ordered over 2 weeks ago still no sign of the goods. When contacting supplier advised to check shipping details, no updates?? Horrendous customer service do not use !!!!

Firstly it comes from China and takes far to long and the packaging is terrible,
Secondly the shoes were very cheaply made and extremely poor quality.Ive asked for a refund and had no response.

Cheap Chinese labelled rubbish.
Ordered a men’s size medium and would fit a 3 yr old.
Took 3 weeks for delivery to turn up. No response to emails.
1 star is too generous.

I had an excellent experience with refined London. Order was with me within 2 days and was exactly what was shown and described on the advertisement. For the service , price and quality I don’t think they can be beaten.

Great items and great customer service. Would recommend to others.
