Popped in to the Torquay branch for an external DVD drive. I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the item purchssed and also the service I received. 10/10

I would like to thank the staff for going over and beyond to sort out my problem with my printer , so friendly and helpful and fixed the problem with no charge , it's not very often you get service like that . Would highly recommend this shop and there prices are really competitive . 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have dealt with this company for a number of years. Yesterday, at 11:05 I placed an order for inkjet cartridges for my Canon. At 11:50, I received an email confirming that my order had been despatched! At 09:20 this morning, the cartridges were delivered in the post. You cannot beat that for service! The cartridges are also of high quality!

I have purchased ink cartridges from this company several times with complete satisfaction. Orders have been delivered very quickly.
More recently, I ordered replacement cartridges for my HP printer as part of their Remanufactured Super Saver Valuepack range. Although the cartridges were correct, for some reason, my printer failed to recognise 3 of them . When I emailed the company, they were quick to respond and have gone above and beyond to sort out the difficulty. Communication was great and everything was resolved. Customer Service has been brilliant.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I wish all companies valued their customers as much as “Refresh” obviously do.

Excellent value. Epson originals were approx £50 more (how Epson can justify the cost of their ink cartridges is unbelievable). Had no trouble fitting the Refresh remanufactured ones and the delivery was within 24 hours. What more can anyone ask?

Have used Refresh many times - and their delivery is always Next Day - and free!
Never had a problem, until this week, when one of their fairly new carts suddenly stopped working.
My query was answered immediately, with suggestions to fix it. Unfortunately to no avail... But they then sent me a replacement - without ANY fuss, FOC, and received the very next day! Thanks to Tori & Chris. Great service - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I've been using these guys for more than four years now and I have to say that every experience has been superb. The prices are very good. The quality of the ink can't be faulted. Dispatch is always really quick. On one occasion I needed some help - essentially getting my printer to work - and they were brilliant: responsive and patient. Heartily recommend.

This is a great company who knows its stuff in detail and because of the quality of its remanufactured cartridges will save you a lot of money in the long run.
I had previously praised them on Trustpilot. However, the test of a genuine company is what if things go wrong, and not of their making?
I bought a new HP Printer (8022e) without knowing that HP now have a system for automatically enrol you in their scheme called HP Plus -without your consent. There is no prior warning of this. It will mean you MUST use HP ink which is twice the cost but as 'Which' reports no different in quality to alternatives.
Refresh cartridges refunded me the £40 I had spent with no argument but a full explanation of what HP were doing. That is my measure of a genuine company. USE THEM!

Just visited Refresh Torquay for the first time. The person who served me was extremely helpful & solved a problem with my Canon printer. I will certainly boy my ink from them in the future!

I've been using Refresh Cartridges for many years. On this occasion the yellow cartridge gave rise to a 'something wrong with cartridge or printer' message. I got an instant response from Refresh who sent a replacement in case it was, very unusually in my experience, a faulty cartridge. It was. The replacement came the next day. This one worked. Problem solved. Massively impressed with Refresh.

I had a problem with a cartridge I had bought a couple of months ago. Phoned for advice at 15:30 and Natasha talked me through diagnostic steps. She said she would replace it and it arrived in the post next day (Saturday). Very impressive and very pleasant!

First time using this company after reading the reviews which now does not match my experience. ordered Ink on the 29th Dec received an email to say dispatched the same day. However I am now on day 8 of a supposedly 24hr delivery with a tracking number that does not work being told at first there was an error and they needed to send again to today still waiting for delivery of the replacement. overall a poor experience and would not recommend or use again, If you need your supplies fast then avoid this company

I ordered a label printer, the price and availability were better than on Amazon. It was very nice to be able to speak to someone straight away after I called when I needed to ask about the delivery, they also called me back to correct some information they gave before. Overall very pleased with the experience.
