Amazing service! I ordered some compatible laser toner over a year ago. The invoice is dated 5Mar2019. To my amazement the old toner lasted and lasted and lasted and has only just, finally run out.

Last Sunday (23Mar2020) I installed the black cartridge and it steadfastly to work. On Monday I phoned Refresh Cartridges and meekly asked if there was anything they could do for me. Chris simply checked my post code, looked up the invoice and emailed me a returns label. On Tuesday a courier picked up the returns. On Thursday a new set of cartridges arrived. They worked first time.

I think you could safely say that I am a fan!

I always use Refresh in Newton Abbot. Fella there (Paul) is always helpful and well informed.
I can't remember ever having a problem with anything I've bought there (mainly it's replacement compatible cartridges that I buy but they do sell loads of other stuff too) ... but I'm confident they'd sort any problems that did occur straight away.

Quality of their product always excellent, and each time I re-order the price has gone down. Ordered new supply at 1645 yesterday and it arrived today!

Installed a black print cartridge which did not work so tried the tips given when an earlier colour cartidge from this company also did not work (that eventually had to be retured and replaced; the replacement -a diffrent type- did work immediately)
Still not able to print on this occasion. Have some important documents to print; totally useless! Will source cartridges from a different company in future - there are plenty online. Unfortunately have just received a colour cartridge but I don't hold out much hope for that one after two bad experiences with this company.

I read reviews on Trust Pilot for Refresh and thought I'd give them a try. It costs £500 to replace my laser cartridges, so being able to buy them for under a £100 it seemed like a great idea. Cartridges arrived in a timely manner but it wasn't long before they left streaks and blotches all over my prints. I contacted customer service who replied quickly. They needed a few details, just photos and scans. Photo's so they knew the cartridge numbers and scans of the poor quality prints. On receiving my information they organised for next day delivery of a new set of cartridges, which are working brilliantly. Originally the problem was only with the colour cartridges but it the started to occur with the black toner, so they replaced that too. I asked them what I needed to order next time to ensure I got the cartridges that work on my printer and they assured me they had already made a note on my file so I would automatically get the correct cartridges next time. So with a saving of around £400 and probably the best customer service I have encountered in the UK, I recommend their services without hesitation.

Refresh Cartridges are quite remarkable - I always use them now. I ordered a remanufactured toner kit for an OKI 531dn yesterday and it arrived today - just 21.5 hours later! The price is the best and it seems to drop from year to year, every time I order. The quality is just as good as original toners.

An excellent service placed an order this morning 08/02/20 for photo paper and received an email from them a couple of hours later to say that its been dispatched now that is excellent service for you have done business with them in the past and never had any problems with them can only highly recommend them well done to a great team.

Quick service, great product cannot fault the product in any way.

Excellent friendly service and very helpful, took our printer in as not sure what it needed as not working correctly , sorted the problem and gave advice and only charged for the ink , very happy customer.

I must admit I had my doubts as to the suitability of a remanufactured OKI Toner. At £12 it seemed worth a try since the manufacturers own brand was going to set me back £60 and the printer only cost £100.
I placed the order at 11:40 yesterday and it arrived this morning at 9:30 - how's that for express delivery and it was free.
The toner is fitted and you'd not tell the difference. Perfect printing and wallet still in tact.
Well done Refresh. I shall return in 2000 pages time.

After ploughing thru HP on line manual found level 2 cleaning solved the problem, but well done Refresh !

Have used refresh for a while. Last time I ordered the wrong multipack and had opened one cartridge. Refresh were v. friendly and helpful over the phone, promptly refunded the remaining cartridges after I returned them, and correct replacement cartridges arrived the next day. Can't argue with that :)

Sent a faulty item back after 5 months, great customer service, immediate refund, highly recommend.
