Very complicated changes to flights that I booked for my grandson, so names and dates had to be changed all over the shop. Max was SO helpful, and made all the changes and all the updates sent to me. All on a Friday evening when I surely wasn’t expecting any help! Thankyou!!

Reliance TravelLtd is a very reliable agency with great staff like Alan Smith who help me find the right holiday package for me and my kids. We had a wonderful trip and I am happy that my kids were able to enjoy their summer holiday.

The advisor was very kind and patient. He was very helpful with slightly complicated travel plans but worried me when he said he would send my e-tickets then only sent one and then sent mine twice instead of my husbands. The e-tickets were also meant to be sent within a time frame but weren't. What would have reassured would be the advisor saying the name of the business when picking up the phone.

Wow best customer service from victor he could not have been more helpful.. great experience and will definitely be flying Qatar airlines again … very happy

I tried to get a ticket through Turkish airlines, but I couldn’t as there were some issues with the website. I looked for another website that can help me get some tickets and I found Reliance travels Ltd. Shakeel helped me with booking tickets, he was really peofiessional and he made it quick easy.

Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I recently posted an enquiry regarding return flights to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines, within ten minutes I received a call from Mr Nadir Zaidi of Reliance Travels Ltd. Whilst far from being pushy Nadir was able to assess my requirements and act accordingly offering me dates that suited my needs, from an airport that also suited my location and at a price that allowed me to immediately book my travel. I am now in possession of my travel documents and have a very knowledgeable contact for this trip and no doubt future travel, I’d highly recommend Nadir and his company, thank you.

Not sure who's writing these reviews but my initial review was there. Do not use these people, totally scammed on a return flight from Honalolo + suspect request for payment on cheap seats! How Reliance Travel are able to operate is, by definition, staggering.

Shakeel was very helpful in helping me book my family holiday and always returned my calls and was happy to help. Even till the last moment, he is ready to help. I would highly recommend this travel agency because of the excellent service I’ve received.
