He quickly took away my anxiety i was feeling through having my flights changed twice in 3 days and worked tirelessly to change my flights with no hassle, he even changed my details over from the original company i booked with as the reviews about them were concerning.

He did give me good prices for 2 separate Emirates return flights.
He was extremely thorough taking all the relevant details for these trips and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - 10 ******** really.
He even said he’d contact me again when I needed to check in which is really helpful.
It was especially refreshing to deal with a pleasant person too rather than a blinking automated service.

Between mid-September and now I’ve been helping my sister-in-law book a ‘trip of a lifetime’ from UK to New Zealand. I really have to salute Ryan at Reliance Travels for his patience, thoroughness and unfailing friendly politeness in dealing with us, even when we were being a bit picky and probably tiresome. A trip like this is always about finding the elusive balance between affordability, availability and a great experience, and Ryan hung in there and pulled it off. 5 stars, beyond question.
