Awesome service.
Rentec direct is very easy to use with lot of knowledge base at hand.
They assigned a person(colton green) to me to help me with any issues .
Colton is very helpful and available to answer my questions.

Kathryn and the rest of the Rentec Direct staff is terrific. I've been with them over 8 years. The most recent experience was Kathryn getting back to me on a Sunday right before a tax deadline. I love the property management software, the tools it has for tax time and tax filing, and most of all , the quick customer service and response like the ability to talk to a human being both via email and phone call. As a new landlord, getting started felt a little overwhelming, but Rentec Direct made the process easy from day one. Their team was professional and very supportive, especially Jesse, who kept calling and checking in to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable using the software. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, which I really appreciated. The platform is easy to use, and the monthly rate is very reasonable for everything you get. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m glad I chose Rentec Direct.
