Overpriced, poor staff retention, felt like a loyal customer, and a charity. That a discount would be approved for additional work outside of the plan.

Great service

I went for the name and reputation. Massive disappointment. The Clapham based manager signed me up and never got in touch again. When I asked questions I was never called back. After more than a year paying double what I now pay to Inoculand, I pulled the plug on this company.

Excellent service from Rentokil. Daniel Smith, who attended our site, was professional, helpful and explained everything clearly. Very pleased with the service provided.

Professional staff

We have been calling Rentokil Pest Control for the last 20 years whenever we had problems with rodents. We would like to particularly praise our technician Nill Crasnacumar who has been very professional, efficient, reliable and polite. Always happy to help. We remain highly satisfied with the support we have received.

Great service

Disappointed. Ask u to pay £120 not sure what type of pest control tgey offer. Hav no idea whst each visit will cost. Thete way expensive just for survey it’s £120. Not sure what u getting into.

I recently contacted Rentokil for the removal of squirrels from my attic. Rentokil arrived and placed traps and arranged for the entry point to be sealed to stop further squirrels which I was happy with. Then the person who proofs the entry point was off sick so the job was delayed for a further week. While this was delayed nobody had came back to check the traps left in my attic and a squirrel had been caught for quite some time and had been badly eaten by maggots. Therefore produced a large amount of flies about a week later. When I contacted Rentokil about this they completely washed their hands of it and said I would have to pay for another survey and treatment process even though they had left traps unchecked in my attic for a fortnight. Please don’t give this company your business. If this is how they treat their customers go elsewhere and use a more local service that will provide a far better service. I even tried to raise a complaint and this was shut down on the phone. Avoid at all costs.
**Update** - Rentokil customer care team took the time to reach out to me and walk through the issues that I had raised. They offered a further visit to rectify the situation as best as they could. I am happy that they have reached out to address the situation and shown good customer care. I must highlight that both John from customer care and Darren have both been great but the general call centre really needs to improve when dealing with customer queries/complaints.

The experience was positive overall.
Don’t be put off by the call with the initial contact service - which is really poor (a back office that doesn’t seem to know about pest control).
I got a call back from someone within 4 hours - and the Surveyor and Technician who visited were both excellent. Problem solved.

Simple, quick process to quote and then deliver. Sensible price. The team were knowledgeable, approachable and thorough. Most importantly, it looks like the treatment programme has eliminated the moth problem. Special thanks to the technician, Wayne Sturgess, whose visits were reassuring, knowledgeable and effective.
