If I could give 0 I would I urge anyone and everyone if you have an iPhone save your money and get it repaired somewhere else as this cowboy with a man bun will take your money tell you there’s a warranty on the repair when in reality he can’t even keep up with his own lies.

Came into the shop with a broken iPhone screen I was so grateful when it was fixed for £175 a week later I was back because the screen was glitching and turning itself off out of nowhere all the time. They told me they fixed the issue I then asked what the warranty was and what it covers just encase I have any other issues I was told it covers any issue that I may encounter with the screen so any glitches or display issues but the warranty is void if there’s any damage to the screen so cracks or scratches. Yesterday a random green/white line appeared on my phone I contacted them they told me to come back today I went in the man behind the counter so helpful however the owner was incredibly patronising and was trying to go around in circles and was telling me how I must have sat on the phone or done something that there’s no way that their ropey product was at fault but he’ll be on his way to the shop to inspect the phone I googled and chat GPT’d the issue and both confirmed that this is a common issue with OLED screens he then proceeded to argue with me when he got to the shop incredibly patronising I’m suspecting it was because I’m a woman raising his voice slamming cabinets when I was standing up for myself refusing to pay £90 as he was only willing to take part of the responsibility for the screen being fault and then lowered the price to £80 I then said if that’s the case I should have just saved myself the hassle and went to Apple he then proceeded to tell me to get out and also told me to Foff. By the way this is not an Apple certified shop so non of the screens are legit screens so save your money and go somewhere else

The boss of this place is unprofessional, threatening, and swore down the phone at me for complaining about my £1k+ laptop being returned broken.

Received my laptop back in worse condition, poor communication, poor customer service, slow turnaround and missed deadlines despite accepting the job on the premise they could do a quick turnaround.

I handed my laptop in with a working screen but the keyboard and mouse wasnt working. Got it back with no working screen, no diagnostics on what has happened, no communication explaining this.

The boss was sarcastic on the phone, didn’t apologise, got defensive when I explained I was stressed over losing income by not having my laptop back as promised and that I was dissatisfied by the overall service and wish I didn’t give them my property. Overall really not understanding or kind to my situation.

They accept work they can’t complete to try and get income- which they can’t deliver on. Didn’t fix my laptop, handed it bank in worse condition, had to chase and chase to get it back. Would not recommend or return. Really stressful experience for me and now have to go somewhere else to fix a worse problem.

When I have taken it to a reputable repair service after they broke my laptop even more- they told me my laptop had been mishandled and the repair work was dodgy and might cost me a new laptop which could have been avoided.

The business fakes positive reviews- please be aware.

After 2 weeks of multiple visits and messages my phone was returned to me at the side of the road, outside a closed shop. Initially the phone did appear fixed although the gentleman had no information about the actual problem but by the time I returned home had exactly the same issue! Luckily my phone was old and contained no valuable data, so I can chalk this up to a valuable lesson albeit at a cost. Please be careful if you have expensive equipment, as you may not be as lucky.

Damaged my laptop when replacing the battery and now it does not work. Didn’t apologise for this and I still had to pay.

I’ve been using and buying stuff from VJ and his excellent staff for many years now, and every time I go back the service just seems to get better and better…!! This time it was a Sunday morning and I needed an iPhone screen replacement - Harry had it done in 35 mins with no hassle and at a great price. Can’t recommend this shop enough. Thanks again Harry!

Located near Newcastle Central Station, this tidy repair shop offers an immediate repair service while you wait or within an hour or so if the repair is complicated. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and have access to OEM and original parts for all leading handset brands. They replaced the AMOLED screen on my Samsung S22 Ultra 5G in one hour, for GBP100 less than Samsung, who required the phone for 2-3 days. Completely happy with the quality of the service, parts and overall experience. Highly recommended.

I have to say what a wonderful experience in this shop today went in for a phone not only did the manager explain the ins&outs of the phone but replaced the faulty battery (free of charge) also helped with a problem i have with my desktop computer. My hat off to you Sir

Daughter smashed the screen on her iPhone. Dealt with Repairs etc over the phone from Edinburgh (she was living in Newcastle) - owner opened up shop especially for her at 9pm, fixed the phone, gave her a free screen protector and all for a price that was lower than the shop we normally use in Edinburgh. No issues with the quality of the repair 4 months on. Superb service.

When my daughter broke her phone screen she was heartbroken. Found this place on facebook and messaged on friday night, got a quote for repair within 20 minutes. Phone was repaired to high standard next day at a good price. I highly recommend this place

I recently went into another repairs shop in the city centre and they did not fix my phone properly at all so I took it into repairs etc and saw vj and he completely fixed my phone after being told from the previous shop there was nothing wrong with it so would highly recommend!!!

Headphone jack on S9+ broken. 30 minutes, sorted with no fuss! Super fast and cheap repair and the owner is a top geezer! I always take my repairs in here and I've yet to be let down.
