Changed a campsite reservation from 4 adults to 2 adults for 4 days, resulting in an $80 refund due to me. I changed the reservation 2 days after it was made and weeks before the actual camping trip. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately for the full amount of the reservation. A refund to my credit card was not made, after waiting several weeks for the refund to appear on my credit card, I called to inquire about it. They said I would be getting my refund by check via mail.
12 weeks later and 4 phone calls and I still have not received my refund.

We couldn’t get a day pass for a park. There is no customer service at all. I kept getting a message Due to high demand our service is unable to accept your txt. Also tried the chat bot, totally worthless.

Yes! This is a scam! I went to campground could NOT camp. NOBODY working this park. Nobody at camp shack! No reserve instructions at all. No internet to look up site.They should be charged for my 2 hour drive for nothing, NOT ME being charged for their careless staffing issues. Thats not my fault I was there to camp! My bank is looking into fraud. Pls be very careful before booking through them

Another scam web site. Very dissaapointed as they add extra fees and things like like an entrance fee!! Really they are not a park of any kink and whos pocket will this fee go into? I'm sure its not the campground owners.
My suggestion is to call the campgrounds you can or contact them directly and AVOID Reserve America.

The Absolute worst way to get a campsite. Almost every campground is totally full
With this company. Then if you can get in and look around you hardly anyone is camping there and yet it was supposedly full!!! How are you supposed to plan with this kind of nonsense going on and then of course there is a fee to actually get a spot. Plus they have a hold on the market so they are the enemy!!
