I came on with Resin Reach on the launch package (30 jobs over 3 months), mainly just to keep things steady and fill gaps in the schedule. I wasn’t expecting much, I’ve used similar services before and it’s usually a lot of time wasted on people who aren’t serious or are just having a look around. This has been different. The clients are properly qualified, understand what they want and need, and are virtually ready to move, so I’ve actually gone past the 30 jobs without having to chase or deal with dead leads and time wasters.

Biggest thing for me has been efficiency. Less time filtering, more time quoting and closing. Things run properly, communication’s there whenever you need it, and nothing drags out, the team, founder and my account manager has been on top everything.

Overall, it’s been reliable and straightforward. It’s done what I needed and then some. If you’ve got the capacity and want steady, predictable work coming in, I can't say I'd look anywhere else

I’ve been with Resin Reach for the last 6 months now, and I couldn’t see myself working with anyone else.

I’ve been around for some time and had my fair share of experiences with agencies, in and out of the epoxy game. And so I had my doubts before moving ahead with them, getting treated like just another number, just mailed contact information for pretty much 90% of the time tire kickers with anybody I’ve dealt with in the past and the list goes on. But Resin Reach has been the complete opposite, actual opportunities that are educated on the process and not just shopping around.

I went ahead with the scale package which is 60 guaranteed jobs for the 3 months. And at the time it was a no brainer, I had the capacity to do the jobs and the level of security I got from the contract and team was all I needed. I did a little over that minimum of 60 in my first quarter and now approaching the end of my second I’ve almost got double.

As someone who’s been in this space for a while, consistency and quality are everything, and that’s exactly what I’ve found here. It’s not just about the volume of work coming in, but the calibre of clients and how well they’re prepped before I even meet the client. It’s made my close rate stronger and my time far better spent.

The communication from the team has also been solid the whole way through. Any bottlenecks get handled quickly, and there’s always someone available when you need clarity or support. It actually feels like they’re invested in your growth, not just handing over leads and moving on.

Overall, it’s been a driven, professional experience that’s delivered on what was promised and even more. If you’ve got the capacity and you’re serious about scaling your epoxy business, it’s definitely worth having a look at.

10/10 service couldn’t recommend any other company to help with epoxy marketing. This is way more than just leads.

Overall great service, from websites too full social media setup + content they knocked it out the park. They were able to get me constant appointments and provided sales and estimate training. Great for brand new startups!

Any 5 star on this company is coming from the owner. If you are going to work with Douglas ask for a reference. You’ll find out for yourself the 5 start is not accurate. Really trying to help others to not end up in the same situation. Once you ask for a reference you will know the truth. He is going to write many reviews as 5 start. Ask him to back it up….he won’t be to.

Extreme value for the price. Some guys charge higher prices just for a website. This is way better than what other lead gen options are offering.

I was promised a certain amount of leads or my money back. We got to the point of creating a website but no campaigns were ever executed after I paid the fees. The company went dark on me and would not answer my phone calls. I tried multiple ways to contact Douglas but he would never call me back. They never even tried to fulfill their responsibilities. It was a full blown scam. Run from them before you get scammed too.
