The website is easy to navigate, and it saves me money when I eat out. One nice feature is that I can see previous purchases/certificates at a glance.

I do like how Restaurant.com gives me a little more incentive to go outside of my normal go-to places nd experience something new! I do wish more restaurants would participate, but if I were a restaurant owner, I would be hesitant due to the fact there isn't much public awareness of the program.

IMHO, Restaurant.com should do more social platforms advertising to increase awareness. They also need a bit of a website upgrade to make our account and exchanging/buying certificates less confusing.

I was ignored for 30 minutes and I'm black so I think the racist and i was there at 1:21 and I didn't get my drink to 2:00And I didn't get my food to 2:30Bad service

Some of the restaurants listed no longer participate in the program. Our favorite restaurant is only accepting discounts purchased last year (we still have one left). Some restaurant staff don’t even know that they are participating in the program.

Yes I used it a lot (in fact I should still have a few hundred dollars worth of certificates in my account) until the online account stopped working. Don’t remember exactly when it stopped working but I was using it for a few years until maybe 2023-2024. Not sure of the dates. I could have given this a 0 star but gave it a 1 for the period I enjoyed using it before my account disappeared. I was shocked, frustrated and angry until I gave up on my money wasted.

Don't join restaurant.com I've had it since before COVID All the restaurants that they tell you you can choose from or out of business or don't participate They are terrible on customer service and I'm stuck w 100odollars of coupons

I generally have liked my experience with Restaurant.com. I was upset when the certificates were changed without adequate notification and I tried using mine and getting them rejected and did not know why. So, I was not given the discount that I expected. I also have had restaurants that did not honor my certificates because they said they were no longer associated with Restaurant.com. There is a restaurant that has been still listed on your website that has not honored my certificate at least twice saying they are not honoring them. They are still on your website as the Jalapenos Mexican Food restaurant in Vallejo, California. Why are they still offering certificates? It has been over two years that this has been happening.

It's great to get a discount at a restaurant you like to go to. It also gives you the ability to try multiple restaurants at a discount.

Easy online discounted certificates for local restaurants. Print our or shown them on your phone. At the restaurant simply show the wait person the certificate and order as usual. I have used these certificates from Restaurant.com for years. Great food at a discount! its a no brainer to me.

We have used restaurant.com for a few years and It’s super simple to get great deals at some of your favorite places to dine. Whether it’s fine dining or casual there are many restaurants that participate. Purchasing and using the certificates is our most common use and it couldn’t be easier!

This restaurant program has been around for many years and I've never had a problem with the coupon being accepted. Over the years the number of desirable restaurants in my area has diminished,

The discounts they offer can really allow a bit of extravagance to an evening. Your dollar goes farther with the coupon. The have a hard time keeping track of which restaurants are still in business or accepting the coupons. There is no way to report an out of business location or one that stopped accepting the coupons. However, Restaurant.com does make it easy to trade in certificates you couldn't use.

I have been a member of restaurant.com for years and it's been a great experience. The website is easy to use to purchase and redeem points that can be applied to certificates for substantial discounts at restaurants. You can specify your zip code and maximum distance from home to bring up a selection of partner restaurants in the area. We identified an excellent selection and have dined at many of them, many times on special occasions. The restaurants have always happily accepted the coupons which help build their business. Highly recommended.

It’s a great program and we have used it for years when it was part of a package with AOL that included a certificate once a month. We rarely eat out unless we can use some kind of program. It would be nice if there were participating restaurants near us and especially the ones that only a require a $ for $ match to value of the certificate.

I always find great discounts for local restaurants. The website is easy to use.

Restaurant.com is a great avenue to save some money on eating out. They do need improvement in the app to be able to see only restaurants in your local area.
