Revive Essential Oils Reviews 

I used to buy Young Living oils...so outrageously expensive. I found a review last year about Revive and I am so grateful for that. I have purchased many bottles since and I am so happy with the quality! The price is very affordable. I am very sensitive to synthetic perfumes and I have not experienced any negative side effects with Revive oils.

I have never had a problem with shipping nor quality of my order - ie, receiving what I ordered and bottles being in good condition. I am still on the fence though as to whether they are as good as Young Living

I used to be a loyal doTERRA user but, over time, the cost became too much and I had to stop buying them – even though I really missed having high-quality oils in my daily routine.

Revive popped up in my feed one day and I decided to order a few oils “just to try them”. I am so glad I did. Their like-for-like blends compared to doTERRA are incredibly close in quality and scent – I honestly feel they’re completely aligned. The Calm blend smells just like Serenity from doTERRA, and Golden Hour is absolutely divine. I’m literally using Golden Hour as a perfume because it smells that good.

I’m now completely obsessed and a bit addicted – I placed a second order within about four days of receiving my first one, and I’m already eyeing up my next. The fact that some of the oils can also be ingested (where clearly labelled) is a huge bonus, and the overall experience feels like I’m getting premium quality without the premium price tag.

I’ve seen a few negative reviews and honestly have no idea why. I’m in the UK and, for me, Revive has been an absolute godsend – amazing quality, beautiful blends, and finally a way to enjoy oils again without breaking the bank. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Order arrived in 10 days as it says on the website. Oils are great quality, very happy customer to be 😊
I have ordered only a few oils as wanted to try and see what will arrive, but it’s all great. I used Doterra for 5 years but financially can’t afford it anymore.

I used Young living essential oils for 25 years but honestly our income didn't allow for these oils at their prices, so I couldn't get them as often as I needed them. I changed to Revive about 9 months ago. Revive has affordable prices and I've not found any problems with the oils.. Revive oils work for every condition I've used them for. Breeze works as well as Raven. Immunity boost works as well as Thieves. I really would have stayed with YL but I have to be a good steward of my money so I choose Revive. I'm not into MLM businesses. Essential oils are helpful and I can't help friends in need of the cost is so high that they can't afford the oils. Revive makes it possible.

bought neroli essential oil from Revive. does not smell like neroli. smells like petitgrain which is from the same tree but not neroli. Neroli is often adulterated by co-distilling leaves and twigs of the tree (which is petitgrain). Neroli essential oil is just the distillation of the blossoms.

My order was taking 3 weeks to arrive, but it never came. They did a replacement order that was going to take another 2 weeks, they didn't expedite it. In reaching out to them numerous times to rectify this the customer service was HORRIBLE. Still waiting for them to correct it. Will not be ordering from them again.

I chose to review here because after doing business once with Revive, I realized the dishonest reviews on their website. They remove bad reviews and only allow the public to see 5 star reviews (and possibly create fake reviews to increase the amount of their 5 star reviews). Their customer service is also dishonest. I should not have to chase a company for a refund of my money when I comply with their policy. I would not ever deal with them again! Buyer beware!

Lack of customer service
I ordered my oils on 31st July 25. My order was delivered to Australia Post Parcel Collect on 28th August 25.
Before ordering, I emailed to ask who they use for parcel delivery in Australia, as it was being sent to Australia Post Parcel Collect for collection. I received a generic reply with a link to their website, which stated that they use Australia Post for the Australian part of the delivery.

'Ships from the US via DHL, delivered by Australia Post|| 10 – 20 Business Days'

I proceeded with the order. Once I noticed that the delivery was taking an unusually long time to arrive, I emailed them for an update. I was given the same tracking number each time, which was for UPS, even when it was no longer in use. This was also the same company that ultimately made the delivery in Australia.
Australia Post will NOT accept parcels being delivered by any other company. An employee who was leaving employment finally accepted my parcel. I was advised that no further parcels will be accepted in future.
I have since emailed Revive, asking who they use in Australia for deliveries, and requested that they refrain from sending links. When they reply, they never answer my question or just send a link to their website, even though I have asked for no links.
If they cannot provide the name of the courier they use in Australia and the information on their website is incorrect, I will be unable to place any future orders with them.
I no longer feel that I can trust this company or their oils.
Australian residents, please be aware that orders sent to Australia Post Parcel Collect or Parcel Locker will not be accepted if they are not delivered by Australia Post.

The products arrived, and the hydrosols leaked in the box. They did not have a protective seal on the lids like the essential oils did. Also, the oils were not of the quality I was expecting. Most of the oils require double than most of the brands I have used. Even doubling in a diffuser was not enough for our bedroom. I spent a few hundred, but wish I had sampled a few first. My facial room needs oils quickly.

I never received my order!!!!!
PayPal cleared payment so you have been paid in full.

I can not get through to customer service by phone (recording saying they will only call back if you want to place an order). If you have a problem, you have to email.

I have sent so many emails!

I recently purchased laundry detergent and when I received it it had leaked into the wrapping and the box. I emailed two different departments within the company and ….,crickets. I wrote on one of their Facebook posts and again….crickets. I don’t care how good the product is if your customer service is terrible I won’t buy again.

I contacted revive to changed my address immediately. They didn't change it and sent it anyways after 24 hours and 4 emails trying to get customer service to respond. I gave 70 dollars of essentials oils to the people living in my old home. Not happy and planning on writing reviews on any site for this company if I DONT get a response.

First, I have been purchasing from them for a few years and always been satisfied with the quality when compared with Young Living and DoTerra, for a fraction of the price. What really impressed me was that I recently purchased a supplement by mistake (user error, I didn’t read carefully and thought I was purchasing a topical) and the ease of the return was amazing! They responded within a few hours (on a Sunday!) and sent me a return label, for free, no questions asked. It’s how buying online always used to be, but rarely is anymore.

They don’t meet the basic standards of customer service. They make too many mistakes (incorrect charges, receiving empty bottle of essential oil), are very slow to respond, very slow to ship, and they just don’t seem to care about their service, quality of products and shipping, or their customers. They don’t post certain reviews of their products. They fall significantly short of other companies like Saje, Young Living, Lush, and even subscriptions like Ipsy. I’ve had issues with products or delivery with these companies once or twice and they always respond right away, do what they can to make it right and build rapport with the customer. I don’t know how Revive is sustaining business like this. Don’t bother, especially in Canada, you’ll get charged customs and duties even though their website says you won’t.

I ordered 3 oils from revive. When the box arrived it was unsealed. I was supposed to have gotten a discount because it was a BOGO sale, I did not. Then opened the bottles to smell. The oils are highly fragrence, fake smelling, like perfume. I immediately started coughing for about 5 minutes straight. That was when I determined they were going back for a refund. So I reached out to the company over the course of 4 days sending 3 emails and 2 text messages. They only response I got was by text saying I needed to send an email, which I replied that I already had. Now they are ghosting me. Looks like I'm stuck with this crap oil that will end up in the trash. What a waste of $60. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Do not waste your time or money

I love Revive, the quality of these oils is amazing! Customer service is superb! Highly recommend..

I ordered two 10ml bottles, 1x Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii) and 1x Myrrh. The Myrrh bottle was delivered empty! As I ordered from the UK, I had to pay additional money for shipping (coming close to £30 in total for the order), given that one bottle came empty, this left me very disappointed.

I ordered from this company in April 2024 my first parcel went missing, sent another and they didn't pay postage so post office charged me £7. The products were then out of stock. And then didn't give refund. I would avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I spent £70 with them and they didn't deliver anything. When I complained and requested a refund, they refused to do so.
