No Customer Support

I absolutely love the product but there is no way to contact any form of customer support. On average there are shipping issues with 3 out of every 10 orders. They do not care. I have received other customers orders (from a different state!) and they do not care. They will not help.

I am very opposed to signing up for ANY…

I am very opposed to signing up for ANY kind of recurring subscriptions. When I ordered the initial 7 smoothies, I just wanted to try them....seemed convenient. The smoothies were mediocre at best. To my surprise...another box showed up a week later and I was charged $75. I was incredibly careful when I initially ordered the first ones to make absolute sure that it was no kind of recurring thing. I literally could not find anything that indicated that so I thought that I was safe.... not the case! You cannot cancel easily on the website...they make you follow up with a phone call to their "loyalty department". If my card is charged again I will raise hell!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend Revive Smoothies.

First off, the smoothies themselves are super overpriced and not that great of quality. I have used many other food box subscriptions and the storage of the product is not great; often becoming simply blocks of ice, that can be damaging on the blender.

Secondly, they charged my account and sent me product I did not order, even though I had not placed an order in over a year and had been consistently skipping shipments the entire time. I still had credits on the account, which is the only reason I left it active, but I had very intentionally been skipping orders because I had not even finished the smoothies I already had.

When I contacted customer service about the charge, I was told they would only offer account credits, not a refund, because the product is “perishable.” That response is completely unreasonable when the charge was unauthorized. I do not want credits for a company I no longer intend to use, especially after this experience. On top of that, out $100 I did not budget for.

I refused the shipment and told the shipping company to send it back because I had not ordered it. Then, when I disputed the charge, Revive apparently claimed that I “skipped the order after it was placed.” That makes no sense given that I had been skipping orders for a year straight and did not authorize this shipment in the first place. Because of how their system works, my credit card company would not reverse the charge.

So I am out about $100 and have nothing to show for it.

On top of that, the smoothies are overpriced, taste poor, and are basically just expensive blocks of ice. Between the product quality and the way this company handles billing disputes, I would strongly advise others not to order from them. They do not advise of upcoming orders to allow for a "skip" if there is a mistake that happened or to allow you to even pick the smoothies you want. They simply charge and ship then claim its "perishable" so too bad, no refunds.

If you have a busy schedule and do not have time to always eat well or make nutritious meals, do not opt for this company because your busy schedule will not mesh well with their billing / shipping practices, and even when you are diligent and skip orders, their system will charge you anyway. Any somehow their "subscription" model allows them to get around credit card disputes.

Shady business practises make sure you phone to cancel your subscription

The product is all right way too expensive for what it is have the containers came broken and leaking shortly after my initial order I was pretty sure I cancelled my subscription that just the other day I received an email from them saying our order is on its way so looking back on the website it didn’t work when I cancelled it obviously and they make you call to cancel. You can’t just cancel online. They are very shady on how they operate. They don’t send you an email prior to your subscription being sent in build like lots of reputable companies. They wait until they build you and it’s shipped before they send you an email so therefore you can’t cancel it and or get your money back shady business practises too expensive

Tried to cancel twice as we did not…

Tried to cancel twice as we did not like the product. Was charged again anyways. Told them we CAN NOT use the product, but they didn't care and would not cancel. Had to try AGAIN, with no fix. Nothing says American consumerism like forcing someone to take something they can't use... just to make a buck. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

If I could leave no stars I would

If I could leave no stars I would! Do not purchase from this company unless you want your bank account drained. I had changed my subscription 2 months ago to ship on April 28th. They charged me on 3/26, stat8ng that was tge designated ship date. I tried to cancel the subscription on their website. Once clicked a number pops up and says that I can't cancel online and that I needed to call the number. I call the number and the office is closed. I sent 2 emails to customer service after that. I never received a response back. I then called the number the following morning and the woman said that she never received it.

Decent Service, Stupidly Difficult to Cancel

I have been a subscriber to Revive Superfoods for quite some time. I honestly have mixed opinions about the taste and value of some of the smoothies. I think they’re somewhat expensive at full price but that seems to be true with meal kits in general. They do offer tons of ways to get discounts and cash back which makes it worthwhile to me. I think the protein smoothies are their best offerings by far. I wish they used more recyclable packaging. I’ve had issues in the past with cups arriving damaged, though they always refunded me for them. The subscription is much more difficult to cancel than it should be - there should be a way to do it online without having to make a call. So yeah, overall I am strongly ambivalent.

SCAM

SCAM. You can try and cancel, they force you to call. Which they never answer. When they do answer, they claim it’ll be taken care of and I was charged another $160!!! Seems to be no way out of this company!! Don’t get trapped.

Don't even think about it!

Food is frozen freezer burnt vegtables and fruit thrown in a cup that can't keep a seal to your freezer from shipping. Consumer protection laws were written to deal with companies like this.

These are your business ess practices...shame on you.

As with many, I just received my 1st order,15 smoothie cups thrown in a large plastic insulated type shipping bag, zero dry ice when it arrived (I was home and the delivery driver knocked so I opened it immediately) took a picture of the two empty dry ice bags and one of the COMPLETELY thawed smoothie cups and threw them in a large trash bag, nope REVIVE told ME I had MORE WORK TO DO. I was then informed if I didn't take a photo of each one with the lid off and send it, then no refund for me...what a HUGE mess and then had to bag it all back up for the trash. Did EVERYTHING they asked and even took pictures of the now open containers back in the trash, tied up and thrown away. After TWO hours they said they'd put a credit in my wallet on their Website for future use OR ship me a replacement box with no guarantee it wouldn't arrive compromised as well and then I would have to deal with even MORE of Revive's demands...WHY WOULD I EVER, EVER, EVER ORDER THIS PRODUCT OR DEAL WITH THIS REVIVE SUPERFOODS NONSENSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, when you try to CANCEL your account, you are only offered deactivation, takes you through a couple.of steps and then gives YOU a number to call to complete, when I called they were closed, so I get to deal with this again tomorrow.

SOLUTION - Daily Harvest is all ORGANIC ingredients and pretty close to the same price, outstanding taste and excellent customer service...save yourselves the hassle and headache and go with Daily Harvest.

For the past three months

For the past three months, I have ordered product, it’s arrived two or three days late, thawed and inedible. They keep giving me credit to my wallet, but won’t let me spend enough to cover . a whole order so I have to keep spending more money to get product that arrives thawed. I contact customer service and they say sorry but. This is ridiculous. I’ve spent over $300 and I have nothing to show for it. This company should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed that they call this a product

Predatory practices

Predatory practices. High pressure sales tactics and email offers. Impossible customer service. Tried to cancel since November. Repeatedly emailed to cancel, called their Loyalty Department 3 times, numerous online deactivation requests. Too many hoops to jump through for a simple subscription. And poor product which often arrived semi frozen. Do not support these jokers.
