Lost use of all upstairs lighting. Contacted RG & left message. Near immediate response with prompt date booked. Richard was polite, professional & extremely efficient. We had a problem with no electrical power to our upstairs lighting. We called Richard at approx 10:40 & he returned our call at 11:25 arranging to visit us at that afternoon where he diagnosed a faulty RCB unit on the supply. He then returned in the morning of the next day fitted a new RCB unit & now working fine.

Contacted Richard by text late evening with an electrical issue no power to most of the appliances. He called me at 10pm to go through the problem. He called in the next day and resolved the issue very quickly. Brilliant service a very methodical guy.

Contacted Richard regarding a problem with a shower in a rental property we own. He assessed the problem, gave us an estimate & the work was completed within a week. Very impressed with such excellent service, really nice, genuine guy & highly recommend him.

Richard did an excellent job installing electricity to log cabin in garden including new cable to feed to garage. On time and on budget and wiring in cabin is very neat.

Great service; really helpful and responsive booking by e mail and 'phone. Fair and fast quote, job done quickly and well to fit a new consumer unit in a tight space, all whilst respecting the Covid-19 protection rules. Good value for money, very reliable and we are really happy to be able to support a local tradesman. Richard is now our Electrician of choice and is highly recommended.

Very good service and spent extra time sorting out a tricky problem at no extra cost. Made a lot of effort to do a polished job, even hiding wires etc which was above what we had asked for and expected.
