Good choice of equipment at reasonable prices. It was easy to order and pay online and good communication once my orders had been placed.
When collecting from the Bath store, the member of staff, Hayden, I think, was friendly and efficient.

I wasn't sure about my choice of audio equipment at first but their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, shared insights on my choices and made some recommendations. I received my new audio system in a few days and I've enjoyed it since.

Excellent help from Hayden on my initial visit looking to upgrade my 15 year old Panasonic plasma, and most of the other stuff plugged into it. He provided a great overview of what was available and made some good suggestions. I left with three quotes being sent to me for consideration. No hard sell here, just good advice. Having made some decisions I returned a couple of weeks later and confirmed my shopping list with Fred who was also a great help. Delivery was as promised and using the recommended installer I now have a brilliant wall mounted Samsung QE65s95f and Hwq800f soundbar. currently rewatching all of my favourite movies, they look and sound brilliant. A big thanks to the RS team, highly recommended.
