Great experience with Richer Sounds Bath. The staff are genuinely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I purchased a 5.1 Bowers & Wilkins sound system along with some cables, and the whole process was smooth and well-advised. Even if something isn’t in stock, they can usually get it in by the next day, which is really convenient. Highly recommended.

I'm that worst of nightmares for retailers - a difficult customer. I make no apologies for that. I worked hard for my money and want to be sure I get good value for it.

The item I wanted to buy was quite costly so I spent some time liaising with Fred (12 years in the business, very knowledgeable, and no pressure) to justify to myself the expense. He was most helpful and in the end I decided it was the best choice. It wasn't in stock when I called in so they arranged next day delivery at no extra cost.

Once I received it, I had some follow up questions and took them up with Tom, the store manager. He was also most patient and went to some effort to provide the answers I sought.

This store provided friendly, thoughtful advice, great products and impeccable service (both pre- and post-sales). I shall be doing any future business with them whenever possible.

Richer Sounds sent my 40 year old Cyrus 1 amp back to the manufacturer for a routine service. Unfortunately when it was returned it had been damaged in transit. Both Richer Sounds and Cyrus were very helpful and generous in compensating me for the damage caused. What could have been a difficult experience was dealt with very professionally and I have no hesitation in recommending both Richer Sounds and Cyrus to others.

Excellent customer service at the Bath store, with helpful guidance that met our needs and an option of free delivery of our Denon HIFI.
Richer sounds is a tremendous organisation, where nothing is too much trouble and prices are very good across a range of items

I had a prob with my Denon 150, connecting alexa to the wi fi. Following the email with instructions given by Sean, issue was resolved. Happy with that service. Thanks.

I phoned the Bath branch to check if they had a particular radio in stock. Fred told me that they didn't but he ordered one in for me. It arrived quickly and I went to collect it - they were even happy for my nervous dog to attend. Whilst in the shop, I asked for some help with TVs which was given very patiently - considering my huge lack of knowledge! Customer service was amazing and I shopped there largely due to the culture and the business being employee-owned.

Good service in store and quick delivery. Speakers sound very good mounted on their stands. Have since purchased a new amplifier and they sound even better. Very happy with my purchase.
