Richer Sounds - Brighton Reviews 

Box arrived a day before it was due to arrive .. Unpacked and set the box to play. In less than 1 hour it was up and running. Picture quality better than Freeview on my 5year old set. Lots of Apps and Live TV to watch. Well worth the money. Buy.

Charlie in Brighton gave us lots of useful advice and suggestions, even as we changed our parameters. We were on a tight budget and he helped get the most for our money by checking with other stores and finding us a great deal. Next day delivery also really helped us out.

Not an ideal resolution but, that's the way it is these days. Not Richer Sounds fault I hasten to add, but Sony? After seeing the extraordinary amount of broken Sony headphones, model WH-1000XM5 that are all over the internet, it seems that it is a manufacturing issue.
For me, I will never buy Sony kit again. Bose replaced my earbuds in a heartbeat, no fuss, no nonsense replacement, customer service how it should be done. Sony make it as hard as possible to return faulty items, so much so that you give up trying to jump through all the hoops that they put in your way.

Friendly welcome, thoughtful advice and every effort made to ensure I got what I wanted and stayed within my budget. Really can’t fault the staff here - every time I come in for something (a starter separate system for my daughter, a present for my wife) I’m greeted like a long-lost friend and feel like I’m the centre of the turning world. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Good atmosphere. Jay was very helpful and patient with my queries and guided me to a good solution. Other staff were pleasant and supportive.

Needed a new amp for my separates system. Had one in mind but ended up getting a different one thanks to helpful advice from Nick at the Brighton branch, and glad I did - a little more expensive but worth the difference; it's doing the job very nicely. Never felt under pressure or that I was being "upsold", just that I was getting the right product. I've been buying from RS on and off for many years and never regretted doing so.

Great staff and good prices. Large range of products but not everything available to look at. With the range that is no surprise, but when spending large wedges of money there is a lot of trust. I gave my trust and not disappointed.

I had an issue with the TV I purchased and Richard sounds made it very easy to exchange it for a different model even though I was just over the the 30 day period. The new TV is excellent so it was well worth it.
